Astrapophobia cure?

I am very very afraid of thunderstorms. Afraid to the point of periodically checking weather.com to see if there will be thunderstorms anytime in the near future. I can't sleep during them and its really taking a hold of my life. I was just wondering if there is a way to stop being afraid of thunderstorms. And if there is does it involve being outside in one?

I'm 19 & I've been talking to a guy I like who is 22 since September of 2008. In November of 2008 I slept with him once, which was very stupid of me. I really like this guy but all we do is text & he ALWAYS initiates the texting. We've hung out that one time in November & again in May of this year. virus?

my computer ended up with a virus sometime last fall.. prob around october and november. my computer is still fine for the most part, but is a little slower and freezes more often, and occasionally won't connect to the internet when you want it to. we dont have the money to take it in to get fixed or buy any software right now so we just deal with it.
well i dont know what has happened, but my itunes is gone. as is limewire. when i try to open itunes, it says "this action is only valid for products that are currently installed." and that's as far as i get. i've tried several times to redownload it from apple.com and for awhile it would get allll the way through the download, but the same pop up would still come up, ...

plane anxiety.

in july i will be taking a plane to new orleans. ive only been on a plane once before when i was ten, and i was terrified.
recently there have been a lot of planes crashing and i just heard about a pilot dying on board.
im starting to really worry myself, and i was just wondering if there was anything i could do to chill myself out?
i worry way too much and this plane thing is seriously starting to stress me out majorly.
any advice?

i dont really know if this question will go through or not..but it's worth a shot..and i dont really know how many people will..but hopefully some.
me and my mom just learned today that here next month..we'll be loosing our house. i know it's kinda weird asking this..but i need as much help as i can..

I'm 14. I want to be the kind of girl people can easily talk to. I mean people talk to me. If I IM them I can talk so easily but in person...its different. I'm usually quiet but sometimes I speak up more. So what should I do? My confidence level is pretty low. But I'm working on it. Can anybody help me with this?

So my family is not at its greatest level. It hasn't been for awhile. I'm not saying its the worst. Cause it can get worse. I'm not complaining, I'm just asking for help.
So I get stressed out so easily. I cry every night. Some of the times I don't know why.
My mom is an alcoholic. My dad fights with her all the time about it. I mean, he drinks too, but its moderate. It kinda scares me because she has gotten way worse. I've always kept these things private. But I opened up to one of my friends since I was crying in school for awhile. She went with me to something for teens with alcoholic parents. Honestly, I didn't feel it would help me. So I didn't go back.

So yeah I'm turning 15 soon. I like this guy. He's older than me though. He's 17. I'm friends with his sisters and everything. I think that's why I started liking him in the first place. We've gotten sorta close in being friends. I could tell him anything and could trust him. He tells me to tell him who I like. Heh, I can't exactly do that when its him. i heard this song on the radio today. it's a rap/hip hop song [on hot 107.9 if you're in the atlanta area] i'm pretty sure they said the name of it was 'cake batter paint job' or something like that.. ha weird i know, but i can't find it anywhere on the internet. google shows no trace of it. anybody know what song this is? it's a guy singing and it must be pretty new cuz it was the first time i'd heard it.

Hi there...
I need a bit of help. I have two weeks to the biggest ball in the small town I live in. It's an extremely formal ball and I have a beautiful dress I am going to wear...EXCEPT.....
I put it on last night, it fits, however it does not do up. Obviously my bust got a bit bigger or I just got back fat..hehe!!
Ok so, two weeks....
If I was to cut out all junk food and exercise for at least a half hour every day for two weeks.. do you think I'd be able to fit into my dress??
I'm not usually to type of person to diet like crazy but this is extremely important to me. All I want to do it wear this dress. I've got my mind set on it and I will wear it not matter what...

here the deal..
me and my boyfriend have had sex about 4-5 times i think and i lost it to him like a month back i feel nothing .. IS THAT NORMAL?? when are you suppost to feel pleasure? how many times do i have to have sex with him to finally feel something? and well i dont think he feels anything either because he never comes (he didnt loose his virginity to me he's experience). whats wrong with me i cant satisfy him and i feel nothing as well ! during sex does he HAVE TO COME to show that he felt pleasure? because he has never ever come and we had it 4-5 times now .. and i want to satisfy him i really do but me not feeling anything doesnt really motivate me to do much during sex. i try and attempt but i dont know it feels awkward ....

I'm usually pretty happy, but now I'm not.
My dog, Sadie, was born a year after me, and I've never known life without her. She's 13, though, and a big dog. She's had some health problems, and I know that she has little time left. I'm scared. My cat died when I was nine, and that was bad, but she's my best friend, and I'm crying just typing this. I'm really scared that she'll go. I know and understand that everyone goes through this, and that she'll have to go someday, but I'm dreading coming home from my first day of high school and not having my happy girl there to meet me. So I dated this guy for two years. I always felt like something wasn't right. I finally broke up with him. And he isn't handling it well to say the least. I want to be his friend. And he says we can be friends, but he is still in love with me. I really care about him so i can't just cut him out of my life. we argue a lot. He is under a lot of stress at home and I feel like he needs me. His friends are all distant now and don't act in a way either of us approve of. So I'm really the only thing he has.
