i usally do arounf 100 sit-ups everyday( not at once, but like 20-20-20-20-20) and i was wondering, how long will it be untill i see resultes?!

Hey, im on a diet, but i have no idea what foods to eat.
I kno veggies and fruits and no white bread.
But like for actual meals, what should I eat?
I have to make a grocery list for my mom so it would really help to have this info asap. Thanks will rate high.

Hey I'm trying to lose weight, so I've been drinking all water and eating cantalope as kinda my junk food instead of like Chips..like as a snack. Any idea how many calories it has?

I am a little over weight but my friends say I dont look as much as I do weigh.I never really seem to have time to go to the gym so what can I do around the house or neighborhood that will help me?

Sorry, i didn't know what category to put this under. lol, okay my question is, if you dont know how to put a tampon in, and you're NOT on yor period. Can you still practice to stick one in you? Because I'm going to a party soon and I should be getting my period soon. And I'm going to have to swim. And I just need to know how to put a tampon in. So could I practice, while I'm not on my period? What would it do?

How can I get 2 sizes smaller (in jeans) fast? I use these workouts that I found in the Seventeen magazine. You're supposed to get a hot body in 2 weeks. But is there anything that I can add to it? I don't really like running because I used to a lot and it didn't help.

how can u be a better runner without going out and running..like leg excersizes that i could do at my house. and im running in a road race on thursday thats 3 miles long and i jsut wanna know what i should eat all of thursday before the race that wont give me craps.. i heard spaghetti and bananas were good! please help!

I'm not anorexic i just have a problem gaining weight. I'm 13/f and appx. 93 lbs. i have an extremely high metabolism and can actually loose weight in my sleep.i eat like a pig and i eat constantly. my doctor told me to eat five meals a day but it doesn't work. i've gone to a different doctor and he says i'm normal. i want to gain weight because i get picked on just as much as a heavy kid would and i don't want my bones sticing out. Does anybody with a heigh metabolism know how to gain a quick 10lbs.?

ok, I am 14/M I am about 5'1"-5'3" & I weight like 120 lbs.
Over the past few weeks I have been under ALOT of stress, & all my stress seemed to go to my stomach & my chest
how do I get into shape, like what I want is like a 6-back & a better looking chest, so I was wondering if you could tell me a work out routine & a diet that would help me with this & how long it would take?

Does anyone know any exercises that can help me get rid of the excess fat on my sides, right above my hipbones? Nothing I do seems to work and I'm finding it hard to maneuver myself to wear I'm targeting that area.
