Size How can I get 2 sizes smaller (in jeans) fast? I use these workouts that I found in the Seventeen magazine. You're supposed to get a hot body in 2 weeks. But is there anything that I can add to it? I don't really like running because I used to a lot and it didn't help.

okay here is what you do:
if your a girl:
when you get a food craving, you get some nail polish, and you paint your nails. by the time that the nail polish has dried, your food craving will have more than likely perrished.
While having painted your nails, this prevents you from using your hands to get food, open food, and hold food.

well there are always diets( healthy ones) hehe. see my mom uses this diet where you eat but there are like points for evey food you eat. n depending on your hight and size you get amout of points you can have a day. im juss guessin this. example eggs might be like 1 point or some n u keep calulating. this might be confusing but it reall really works. if u want more info on it ill give you. ]
just eat healthy n keep active it speeds up your metabolism ]

for me, im actually on the special k diet in which you eat two bowls of special k a day and a regualar dinner and healthy foods like fruits for two weeks, and its supposed to help you loose a jean size... and that should definetly help along with excercising and everything else youd do (:

#1 stay away from junk food (ex. sodas. fast food and candy) #2 exercise (ex. running. biking.) #3 drink a lot of water! (its really healthy for you and helps you lose weight!) #4 good luck!! = ) ]
Do a lot of squats and leg exercises. Try pilates because that helps you to slim down rather than build up muscles. Also, I'd definitely recommend swimming. Do a lot of leg exercises and tredding. Good luck! ]
well sometimes its like impossible no matter what you do because of your bone structure, know what i mean? do the workout, maybe do an extra rep of each or twice a day, eat good portioned, well balanced meals and drink tons of water and jog...dont run. it tones your legs. i do it all the time and it helps keep your same size or smaller. pick what you like, dont mind what you dont! goodluck! <3 ]

First of all, eat healthier. Don't eat a lot of chips or sweets. Eat lots of veggies and fruit. Also, if you drink a lot of water, it fills you up and you are not as hungry so you won't eat as much. ]
