my leg/hip cracks wen i move it sometimes..its annoyingggg anyway i can get it to stop?! please

not really. it might just be something your body does naturally.... like being able to pop your finger or shoulder out of its socket and putting it back in. maybe try stretching your hips for a few minutes a day. like straddle stretching or twisting your hips.

Try some leg excersises, it'll help so when you move it won't always crack. But I know how you feel. Sometimes when I walk my knee cracks and it's really annoying.

There's really nothing you can do to make it stop. Try doing more leg excersises, and becoming more flexible. Hopefully that helps.

I dont think so mine cracks like that all the time! I have no idea why. Its normal I guess. ]
