Diet & Work-Out Routine

ok, I am 14/M I am about 5'1"-5'3" & I weight like 120 lbs.

Over the past few weeks I have been under ALOT of stress, & all my stress seemed to go to my stomach & my chest

how do I get into shape, like what I want is like a 6-back & a better looking chest, so I was wondering if you could tell me a work out routine & a diet that would help me with this & how long it would take?

thank you so much, I REALLY appreciate this (I am trying to get my life fixed & start over)

in my school 120lbs. is the normal weight for 14 guys but if you want to change it that's o.k too. you could lay on the floor with a kitchen chair in front of you and do sit-ups. if you did like 25-35 at one time for about two weeks it will help.

You might want to start going to a gym. They will be able to help you with a personal routine. Also try doing situps, and make sure you are eating right. Eat light, fluffy foods like fruit or salad greens. And I know this sounds girly, but you might even want to take up yoga. It is very relaxing and stress-free.
