ok, I am 14/M I am about 5'1"-5'3" & I weight like 120 lbs.
Over the past few weeks I have been under ALOT of stress, & all my stress seemed to go to my stomach & my chest
how do I get into shape, like what I want is like a 6-back & a better looking chest, so I was wondering if you could tell me a work out routine & a diet that would help me with this & how long it would take?

Also try doing situps, and make sure you are eating right. Eat light, fluffy foods like fruit or salad greens. And I know this sounds girly, but you might even want to take up yoga.
