Not anorexic, just skinny I'm not anorexic i just have a problem gaining weight. I'm 13/f and appx. 93 lbs. i have an extremely high metabolism and can actually loose weight in my sleep.i eat like a pig and i eat constantly. my doctor told me to eat five meals a day but it doesn't work. i've gone to a different doctor and he says i'm normal. i want to gain weight because i get picked on just as much as a heavy kid would and i don't want my bones sticing out. Does anybody with a heigh metabolism know how to gain a quick 10lbs.?

Wow, I'm 13/f and I weigh 94 lbs. pretty close huh!, well what I would suggest is to still eat healthy but eat a lot of protein and take calcium pills maybe! Also you could lift weights and stuff to gain muscle weight. You can eat whatever you want usually but! ]
Well I don't have a high matabolism but i know a 25 year old that has had 3 kids and weighs 98 lbs. I don't know much but everybody's body is different and you can't help it. But just try eating and maybe you could get medicine???

I have a high metabolism too. I don't want to gain any weight ( I'm 100, so I think I'm fine ) but I wanna still try and help. Just try increasing your fatty foods. Try eating them more. And maybe don't try exercising and doing pyshical activities ( unless necessary ) as much. So basically, kinda just be a couch-potato. And there's this stuff I'm not sure what it's called, but try googling it or something but what it does is it gives you more weight ( like my dad used to work out ALOT and he used to drink it like all the time to give him some more muscles and weight and stuff ). I'm sorry ; I wish I knew what it's called..try asking someone about it. I hope I helped!!

i would just say eat alottt of fattening food but, do it the healthy way..go to a dietrician, they could probably help you more then anyone on here

okay.. im so built the same way... except i am (or was as of like 4 weeks ago) 15 and weigh(ed) 96.. everybody always gives me a hard time about it and i got so fed up of it... actually still am!! but i weigh 111 now... and well what i was told to do.. was definatly higher your dariy and protien... so for me.. in the morning i would drink a glass of milk (apx16oz) and have a bowl of peanut butter (i personally find it gross, but it works out) and also eat some eggs, or some other source of protien... for lunch have a peanut butter sandwich (or 2) and like chips or prezels, another big glass of milk, and then some sort of sweet (just to satisfy the sweet tooth, you know), and then for dinner eat w/e your family is eating, and if its good take seconds haha... umm and for snacks just like a scoop of peanut butter or some sort of nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds (most protien) or peanuts) then before you go to bed drink more milk.. i kno its a lot to remember... but it really does work.. my dads a doctor and hes alwys tellin me im anorexic and so i asked him how to gain weight, and thats the way he told me.. and it (honestly) works... but just make sure u get lost of protien and dairy!! hope i helped!!

Ok I dont have a fast metabolisn but i'd still like to help...are you really active like do you have a hobby where your always moving around because that could be a reason your not gaining weight..try being lazy and like eating fatty foods and not doing anything active....but don't over do it on the food liek after you gain the weight you want..eat alot but dont eat junk rfood belcause its just really bad for you!! i hope i helped x0x ♥ *caitie* ]

but it shouldnt matter what other people think or say as long as ur friends and family love you its like w.e hey atleast im not a fast ass like you..ya know...anyways...try those kalten bars or w.e..or drink peedeasure..my brother is like that and he has to drink those so he can gain some healthy weight.
