Well I think you should find a diff job. If you ABSOLUTELY have to have that job then talk to your dad about it. If he doesnt understand or takes it the wrong way kick that asshole in tha nuts. LOL jk!

ok my dad WAS like that but not anymore but i so know what you are going through. i just finally stood up to my dad and told him how i felt and usually they feel bad afterwards because you felt that way but i know you do not want to go on like that anymore just one day sit him down and be like we have to talk. and then just tell him how you feel. if you have any other quistions you need to ask hit my inbox! im here for ya/

If you're saying that you currently work a paying job with him and you want to quit, just tell him that you would rather find a new job, therefore you want to quit. Or just tell him that it wasn't what you expected it to be and you don't want to work with him anymore. Good luck!

Wow! You and I both! My "Step-dad" is an asswhole, there hasn't been one day that I wasn't in trouble. Well all I can say is, talk to him. I mean don't walk up to him and say "I don't really like how you treat me, I'm just not going to listen to you anymore." That will just piss him off. I think you should tell him how you feel, and ask him if you can meat half way. Like you try more, and he try not to get as mad as often. I hope I helped and remember, my ibox is always open. I think most people would dislike working with their parents wether they are nice or not. Instead of starting another fight, look for a new job. When you get one, then quit working for your dad. The new job will be your excuse for leaving, then you won't have to tell him the painful truth.
