running how can u be a better runner without going out and running..like leg excersizes that i could do at my house. and im running in a road race on thursday thats 3 miles long and i jsut wanna know what i should eat all of thursday before the race that wont give me craps.. i heard spaghetti and bananas were good! please help!

Stretching is the key. Do as many leg stretches as you possibly can, but don't forget your arms. Just make sure you do a lot of conditioning and cardio before the race.
Carbs are the thing to do THE NIGHT BEFORE. That day go light on the food, and remember to drink lots of Gatorade and water. They SHOULD provide you with it there, but bring your own just incase. Good luck in your race!

well you could always do simple things like lunges or find some exercises you like online or in magazines (they always have em) Bananas are awesome for running, so be sure to have those i don*t kno bout spaghetti, but you made me hungry haha.

im a runner kinda of.. soo eat light beforeyou run liek some peanut butter toast or nething liek that.. and yes it is good to eat a glod meal before you sleep the day before caus you will be burnign alot of calories.. but really if yuo dotn train for the run then you relly cant becoem a better runner.. jsut i would practice on breathe mostly when running too.. good luck ]
try the wall sit! you sit against the wall as if you were on a chair. or you could do leg lifts which mean you lay down and lift your legs like...i would say 3 inches then slowly putting them back down again. hope i helped! ]
