Lower Ab Workouts?

Im 14/f, I have a little pouch of stubborn belly fat in my lower-ab region. I do about 300 crunches daily, and it doesnt seem to be working. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do besides running to make the pouch smaller? Im around 130 lbs, muscular, 14 female, and around 5'5"-5'6". Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

ok well last summer i didnt wear any bikinis because im fat and this summer i really want to wear one i want to be preety and look good in the summer and not worry about what people think of me in a bathing suit. i do 250 crunches a day, run a mile, lift 6.6 pound weights on each arm. will i lose about 50 pounds by the summer if i do this everyday. also i have been eating healthier and slower. if you have any other workout ideas for my arms, legs, butt and stomach. mostly my butt because i dont know what to do for that. thanks ill rate 5's.

skinny AND lose weight

Hey. For the past month I have started exercizing regularly for about 60 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. Aerobic for 20-30 and strength for 30. I want to lose weight, but nothing yet. I eat the same, if not less that I did before exercising.

Im just wondering how I can lose weight if I am already somewhat light. I'm 5'8" and weight 128 pounds. I don't want to become anorexic or bulimic, but nothing else seems to be working...

losing 7 pounds

Hey i wanna lost 7 pounds. I weigh about 135-138 pounds. I work out and stuff but then I go and weigh myself a few days later or even a couple and i still haven't lost any weight. Its like impossible for me. Anything i do i cant lose weight. Im in sports but thats not helping i work out 4 times a week. But i stay the same weight. Is there any tips on how maybe i could get more motivated maybe to wanna do this cuz im about to give up because im not losing or gaining any weight!

f/13 okay seriously im 5 foot 3 and 100 pounds i really feel like i look fat all the time especially when im always around my really skinny friends... they tell me im really small and im soo skinny but i mean if i was like 300 pounds they would probably say the same thing you know becuause its not like they are going to be like your fat if you get what im saying and my question is is 100 pounds heavy for some 1 who is 5 foot 3 TRUTHFULLY!!!! ill rate fives if you tell the truth!!!

Weight Advice

I'm 5"4' and 160 lbs. That doesn't sound that 'fat' but I'm also 13 years and my doctor thinks it's too fat and that was the cause of my 'monthly's' stopping for 4 months early last year! I really need an appropriate diet to lose some pounds because I feel fat and since I have to maintain school and homework, chores, etc. it's tough to not eat.
Recently I've been on a diet with food and water and no snacks but I did eat a few snacks and after 4 bottles of water...I felt reallly bloated! So How Do I use my water and food (lunch) diet without the snacks...the temptation of the snacks? Does anny one know how to avoid buyin em?

Exercise Plan:

( this is during one week )
atleast 3 exercise videos, pilates or yoga or the firm..mainly for abs

using my gazelle 3 times, 20 minutes each time

walking 1.250 miles a day

and weight lifting every other day, about 15 or 20 minutes ( weight lifting to gain muscle so i lose more calories )



along with healthy eating, but NO DIET!

i'd like to kno any suggestions about my plan

and btw i just got my new treadmill today, and i'm 14 and a girl

Alright so Im kinda skinny and people tell me alot that if I put on some weight id be alot prettier.

so my question is. what is a healthy way i can put on some weight. I want some junk in my trunk and some nice legs and all of that. Bigger breasts and all <3

ok, i know everyone should eat a healthy diet blah blah blah. but i really need to stop eating just until i lose some weight then i'll start again. can someone tell me the best way to not make yourself hungry besides smoking or taking pills? something that my parents wouldn't realize what it was for or anything. like a mind game to tell myself when i want to eat or something. someone who doesn't eat tell me please!

omg im like going to die i borrowed a friends pair of light jeans last week and i have my period and i leaked throu on them and i put peeroxide on it and put it in the dryer and ran them through cold water and it didnt come out please how do you get period stains out!!?!?!? i need help fast shes going to be here in like and hour

today, at school i walked for about 30 minutes..about a mile, then i walked home...about 30 more minutes...then i lifted weights for 20 minutes, then did my gazelle for only 10 minutes, i then walked to the school to get my couison, and home ( 30 minutes ) then i did an intermediate pilates video..

me and my couison plan on doing this a few times a week..will i lose weight? ( sum days though i won't be doing all that walking, and it'll be weights, video, and gazelle )

any advice to stay motivated on the gazelle for 20 minutes? i feel like its like 5 hours! i love reading advice..so i'll take comments..

scoliosis

well im 14, and when i was around 11, i found out that i had scoliosis. which is sorta like a disease,its where your spine grows on a curve. and well i was in 6th grade at the time. and i like, wore it all the time. but when i got to 7th grade, i was like w.e and didnt wear it as much. now in 8th grade, i sorta never really wear it. i just pretend i do. and when i get home from school then i put it on. the doctor says taht if i dont wear it then ill need to get surgery, but seruiosly, i never really wear it anyway, and the doctors are saying that my bad is fine and geting better. but they think that im wearing my brace all the time. so i was wondering what i should do..should i like just wear it. or like what im doing is fine. i just need t...

My mother has leukemia, and ALOT of other health issues. Her thyroid doctor ( i think ) told her to lose weight and just the other day her heart doctor said she needs to lose weight. Diabeties runs in our family, and i am looking out for her and my own health. She is not to motivated to lose weight, even though each day she says shes fat. She about 5'8" and around 200 pounds i'm guessing, and i'm 5'9 at around 180 lbs. We both need help losing weight, i exercise, she doesn't. Do you have any tips for me losing weight, mainly in the thighs and WAIST, and any tips for motivation for her.

i want to lose about 20 sum pounds by around march.

okay well i am on a diet and ive only been drinking water and 2% milk but are there any other drinks out there that are okay for me to drink besides like diet pop (under 80 calories and 10g of sugar per 8 oz.)

and i dont like orange juice (i think that fits under my thing)
