skinny AND lose weight Hey. For the past month I have started exercizing regularly for about 60 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. Aerobic for 20-30 and strength for 30. I want to lose weight, but nothing yet. I eat the same, if not less that I did before exercising.
Im just wondering how I can lose weight if I am already somewhat light. I'm 5'8" and weight 128 pounds. I don't want to become anorexic or bulimic, but nothing else seems to be working...

if you aren't losing weight and you wigh 128 at the height of 5''8 yo are probably in a healthy condition right now. You probably don't need to lose any weight. However, it is good that you are excercising even if you aren't losing weight. Your body is still inn a healthier condition.
Good Luck! Hope this helps! ]
If you are building muscle you are going to actually gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat does. But you will probably look better!
This isn't a bad thing. :) ]
You really don't need to lose weight! You are extremely healthy as is. I would suggest that instead of focusing on losing weight, focus on getting strong and building muscle. :) ]
