discharge

Question Posted Sunday February 5 2006, 5:20 pm

I just went to the bathroom and I found a little clump of clear stuff on my underwear. I had a lot of discharge on my underwear and It was very wet. Does this mean anything? What can I do? I haven't gotten my period yet.

It's perfectly normal, it just means you're going to get your period soon. Don't worry about it. If it's really starting to bother you wear a thin pad so it the discharge isn't as uncomfortable (as it can be sometimes). Also wearing a pad would prepare you for when you first get your period.

Hun, that's just your vagina getting rid of dead cells. The only time you should be SERIOUSLY worried about it if it has a STRONG odor. Then go to the doctor and have him/her check it out.
