will this help me lose weight?

today, at school i walked for about 30 minutes..about a mile, then i walked home...about 30 more minutes...then i lifted weights for 20 minutes, then did my gazelle for only 10 minutes, i then walked to the school to get my couison, and home ( 30 minutes ) then i did an intermediate pilates video..

me and my couison plan on doing this a few times a week..will i lose weight? ( sum days though i won't be doing all that walking, and it'll be weights, video, and gazelle )

any advice to stay motivated on the gazelle for 20 minutes? i feel like its like 5 hours! i love reading advice..so i'll take comments..

you may not loose weight... muscle weighs more than fat. you may loose inches and gain more muscle but you may not weigh less. to stay modivated for 20 minutes, try listening to some really upbeat music or watching your favorite tv show...that helps me! i hope i helped! <3

Yes that will help you lose weight but all that or course means nothing without a stable diet, a healthy diet is the way to go when on that type of trainingf schedule. But if you are looking for fast results I recommend running. I know the number one ranked fitness trainer here in AZ and its all about getting that heart working and the metabolism working properly. Plus take a table spoon of cinnamon each day to keep your blood levels in check and your metabolism working.

well,,all excercize will help you,and eating right,and i know movie stars do pilates! (i watch extra,they say this stuff XD) also good sleep.yes,keep this up and you'll lose about 2-5 pounds every 5 days to a week :D (it depends on the person,but thats on average)I'm sure a nice figure will show up soon!! it takes time though,and it could be frustrating! im sorry,i dont know what gazelle is :[,i bet it helps so much though,any excercize will help,but i meen,where do you want to loose weight the most?find out what things to do for that.if you have more then one are,switch off on weeks. :) good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think you are doing good. but lifting weights wont help you lose weight. accually you are gaining muscle which weights more than fat so you may see an increase in weight. my mom told me i should lose weight first then lift so all my fat isnt going to muscle and adding more weight.

why dont you watch a movie/tv or listen to music and sing while you are on the gazelle. i know when i watch tv or a movie time flies faster

it depends on if you are a boy or a girl. you are doing a lot of cardio, which, if you are a girl, can be very helpful towards losing weight, but if you are a boy, can burn muscle instead of fat. If you are a girl, and you don't plan on doiong all of that walking, then you should stay on the gazelle for longer. maybe to stay on if its boring you could watch tv while your doing it. if you are a boy, then you should not do as much long walking, but stay with your current time on the gazelle, and lift the weights more.

Yes it will help you loose weight. If you continute doing that you will get good results. Now, you won't just loose weight if you exercise but you also have to change your eating habits. If you already eat healthy that's great. If not, start to. Fruits and veggies are very important!! Make sure you eat the right amout of servings a day. Don't ever skip breakfast. Eat cereal with low fat milk, bar, or a fruit. It might be hard but as soon as you develop these healthy habits, it will be easier to loose weight. Drink a lot of water. It's very healthy for you. I'm not saying you should go on a diet or anything. Loosing weight isn't about diets. They simply just tell you what you can and can not eat and that's not how you should loose weight. Eat your regular meals and the regular food but I think you can tell the difference between good things and bad. For example, don't eat fried foods like fried chicken, fries and such. It's very high in calories. Salads are great and they will fill you up but make sure you eat low fat dressing. Besides the food, the amount of time you are exercising is great. Keep it up. I bet everyone hates exercising but just think the more you stick with it, the faster you will get the results you want. Another good motivation is if you pick out a pair of jeans or dress and you really want it but you think it might not fit or so, keep that as your motivation. The faster you loose that unwanted fat you could get it. You'll be happier. Keep doing what you are doing and you'll get the results. Good luck !!

of course! that is great all teh exersise your doing! it will defonitly help you. i have a gazzele too. aren't they great? haha. they really help though. if you have any of those tapes that go to it you should work with them on. its always good to just start slow if your a beginner with the gazelle you should do it 10 minutes every other day and you will see improves maybe even add 5 minutes every week to your workout. but if you feel to tired its okay not to start with a high number like 20. but you will defonitly see improvement with this. hope i helped!! if you need anymore advice direct it o my inbox <3

Yes this will help you lose weight.. The more you do the Gazelle the more time you`ll be able to do it hun.. Thats pretty much with anything you start doing that involves exercizing.. You`ll be fit in NO TIME!! &hearts;Dez
