today, at school i walked for about 30 minutes..about a mile, then i walked home...about 30 more minutes...then i lifted weights for 20 minutes, then did my gazelle for only 10 minutes, i then walked to the school to get my couison, and home ( 30 minutes ) then i did an intermediate pilates video..

me and my couison plan on doing this a few times a week..will i lose weight? ( sum days though i won't be doing all that walking, and it'll be weights, video, and gazelle )

any advice to stay motivated on the gazelle for 20 minutes? i feel like its like 5 hours! i love reading advice..so i'll take comments..

of course! that is great all teh exersise your doing! it will defonitly help you. i have a gazzele too. aren't they great? haha. they really help though. if you have any of those tapes that go to it you should work with them on. its always good to just start slow if your a beginner with the gazelle you should do it 10 minutes every other day and you will see improves maybe even add 5 minutes every week to your workout. but if you feel to tired its okay not to start with a high number like 20. but you will defonitly see improvement with this. hope i helped!! if you need anymore advice direct it o my inbox

well if you really like him and all.. just go for it... ask him if he likes you... you have a really good chance and he probably will like you back. you should try to make a good friendship with him and be there for him and stuff so he will notice you more and stuff. if you need any more help just ask. i hope i helped

You guys are probably annoyed with the questions about Christmas presents, but I really need help. I have presents for everyone except my dad and I need some ideas! I can spend up to $30 and gosh, he's so hard to shop for. But I was wondering, what are you guys getting for your dad?

Okay i have a problem. See I really like this guy named Matt. About 2 months ago Matt went out with one of my good really close friends... Allison is her name. Then they broke up over a misunderstanding and now they hate each other.... Well, Matt always talks to me and he flirts with me today he even came over to sit at my table at lunch and that isn't even the first time. He says he like this girl named tori but i don't think she really likes him or he even has a chance. He says he's going to ask her out next year meaning the first day of 06' (when we get back from winter break). I try to like flirt with him occasionally to try to make him like like me because I like him Sooo much! But i can't tell anyone besides my bestfriend because people will hate me for liking him. If he did ever ask me out what would I say because Allison hates him to death and so do a bunch of other people like if i went out with Matt then i might lose more than half of my friends that's how much he's hated. The only reason people hate him is because like he went out with people and then the people he went out with and then broke up with then all that girl's friends hate him and them... so yeah. I don't know what to do....

you should be comfortable with going out with any guy you want. it seems that you like this guy a lot, so i would just definitly take the chance of just telling him how you feel. if your friends are really your friends they will respect you for going out with him and will probably learn to respect him as well. but what your doing is a really good idea. just flirt with him a lot to make him like you. make him see you smiling and laughing with your friends. have a lot of self-convidence of him saying that he likes you. believe its going to happen because if you are just saying "hes never gonna like me" that is whats gonna happen. sorry if this sounds a little corny =/ if you want more help direct it to my inbox =]

ok, so i like this boy. he's a friend of mine, and i guess you can say that we know each other pretty well. we have fun when we're together, and that's what matters to me. i started liking him about a month ago, and ever since then, i felt like he likes me back, but i don't wanna assume that he does. i only told two of my closest friends that. one of them told me that she kinda thought that i do, and the other one asked if she can tell the person i like that i like him. at first i said no, because last year when i friend of mine liked him, and she told him, they never really spoke to each other. i don't want that to happen to us, because i really do think that friendship is better than a serious relationship. i don't want us to not have the friendship we have now to vanish just because of a crush. i wanna know SO BAD who he likes though. not for the sake of knowing if he likes me or not [[well, prob. partly because of that]], but mostly because i wanna know if he still likes my friend that he's been liking ever since last year. what do you think i should do? well, if you really dont want him to no then maybe you should try ask him who he likes like idk secretly. what i would do is i would ask my closest friend to say something like "do you like [your name] because i think you guys would make like an awesome couple" something like that because if you really like him you cant just let this slip away. you have a good chance of him liking you so take a chance and if it turns out he doesnt like you back, you guys will still be friends because like you said, you guys known each other for a long time.

On friday nite there waz a dance. And i really like this kid. Well getting over someone can be really hard. well, it is really hard. but there had to be a reason he broke up with you. maybe it as because you hurt him. but trying to get him jealous is something that you really schouldnt do. its just gonna make him feel like he made the right choice with braking up with you because of what your doing. of course you miss him and a year is a really long time. but you can never decide whats going to happen in your life but you can decide what you can do about it. there is no way you couldnt of stoped him from braking up with you but you can date new people, try to make the best of things, spend time with your closest friends, and as hard as it is try to forget about him.
