prom weight loss

ok heres the thing, proms is in 3 months and i need to lose like 15 or 20 pounds. I need advice on a way i can lose that weight in 3 months. i wanna find a cute dress thats looks good with out the gut and love handles showing through. please help!

well i know this sounds weird and you prob wont believe me but ive been losing 3 pounds a week on just eating right! its been crazy. i totally got rid of junk food and pop in my life for the past 3 weeks and have just eaten healthy things and low fat food or sugar free food for every meal exept for dinner and its been great. i have the same goal as you i want to go from 120 to 100 and i feel my goal has becoming real b/c of this. you should try it. also ive been adding just a little bit of exercise into my life (burning 300 calories a day playing ddr workout mode) and beware that low calorie doesnt mean low fat or low sugar. sugar is the main source of weight gain

ha! its easy if you want it enough.. no bread, soda, choclate or pasta.. if you like salad eat that instead of what you normally eat as much as you can. if your going to eat normal food minimize how much you eat.. run at least 15 minutes everyday that you can.. or even just jump rope 30 times.. to start.. start off small and then start doing more. jumping jacks are really good too.. if this didnt help at all there are alot of articles online on exercises you could do too to lose weight. i hope i helped though.. i went by what ive always heard is good.. im trying to lose weight myself too.. only because i dont want to lessen myself by gaining weight when i am one of those people that can control it. good luck :)

hi! It will be hard work. Just do fat burning workouts and make sure that they say lean muscle. I do one by crunch that is on a DVD called Fat burning pilates. Its about 45 minutes and its fun. I also have one called Fat burning dance party in case you want to prepare for when you look great at the prom ;). Also, I heard, that when you concentrate in your mind about one area that it will affect that area more. I heard it from Tony Little but Im not sure if it is true. If all else fails, lets hope it doesnt come down to this, you could always try a corset. Just remember not to crash diet and to be positive and confident. excercise everyday. go to the Ymca or something if you dont want to pay for a gym and keep in mind better alternatives for certain foods. instead of some chips, eat an orange. that kind of stuff. also, dont load up on dinner and not eat any breakfast. you should always do it the other way around. big breakfast small dinner. you depend on your breakfast the whole day. you dont want to go to bed after eating loads because it will just add on.

you should try exercising everyday...eating right...pack a normal lunch stuff that is healthy..try doing yoga...work outs on tv...

all you need to do is workout 5 days a week, and eat right. no junk food! (chips, soda, ice cream, cookies, brownies etc.) its going to be hard, but fruits, vegetables and any protein will really help for you to take off some weight. (eating peanut butter also helps you lose weight faster. not too much though, eat it in portions.) for exercising i would go running or ride a bike. start out with about 20 crunches everyday and you will really start to see a difference in your tummy. make sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.

i have a really health way to lose weight & i lost like 10 lbs haha =)

1- SLEEP. okay this might sound really weird, but sleeping does help you. you should at least be getting 9-10 hrs a sleep at night. if you can't then at least 7-8.
2- BREAKFAST. basically it's the most important meal. people say to 'eat lightly in the morning'. nopeeeee you need to eat the most at breakfast. if you skip breakfast you won't burn calories which means you'll either gain weight er stay the same weight. some good ideas would be fruit, cereal, toast, etc.
3- LUNCH. lunch should be your light meal. sandwiches, salads, etc.
4- DINNER. i call this the 'whatever meal'. eat somewhat healthy foods such as a meat, a veggie, & w/e else you want with it. juss eat a good proportion size.
5- TIMING. don't eat after 7 er 8pm. also, try eating every 3 hours. this parts tricky. you wanna try to eat fruits, veggies, crackers, etc.
6- EXERCISE. that's really important, because you want to stay fit. this isn't like..run a marathon er something. juss lightly jog/run/walk etc. you might even wanna try some exercises. you can google those if you want.
7- WATER. drink a lot of water. you need to keep yourself hydrated.
8- WEIGHING. don't go crazy with weighing yourself. i'd say twice a week.

all you need to do is start exercising, breakin it up like one day lower the next day upper body, eat more healthful foods, which means no more mcdonalds, and just let your body do the rest 3 months is plenty of time to lose 20 pounds safely as long as you start soon.
