Lower Ab Workouts? Im 14/f, I have a little pouch of stubborn belly fat in my lower-ab region. I do about 300 crunches daily, and it doesnt seem to be working. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do besides running to make the pouch smaller? Im around 130 lbs, muscular, 14 female, and around 5'5"-5'6". Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

i think there inst more to do besides change the form of your crunches (it may not be right) or do pushups (if done correctly, your arms directly down from your shoulders it really works your stomach) at your age your any teenage age its hard to loose weight like that and really you just gotta keep with what you are doing. if youcan increase your workout ]
You pretty-much have to do cardio workout once you get to your point.
If you don't like running (you sound exactly like me :) ), then perhaps you should try biking. I have bad stamina, but can bike enough to shed some poundage.
Jump roping could also help you trim that last little bit off. ]
do hit its. hits its are where you lay flat on teh ground with your hands directly over your head tehn count 5 6 7 and go 8 sit up slightly with your feet in teh air. your legs should make a v shape. hold that for 5 seconds and when that becomes easier add a few more seconds each time. hope i helped.
