bittersweet12 answered Sunday February 5 2006, 10:58 pm: hey, dont overstress about losing weight be confident in who you are and be healthy not skinny! to become healthier here are some great booooty shaping workouts:
-lunges:great for thighs and booty firming
-squats:same but try with tens not just 6.6
-----tip doing the same weight wont be affective forever so slowly increase and also running is a high impact actvity..walk instead, walking a mile is proven to make you lose weight wayyyyyyy faster than running trust me. by walking i mean power walking btw
-----tip: walk with weights it will help tone your arms
good luck and stay healthy

If you are consistent and work hard you can lose about 1-2 pounds of FAT a week, I mean, you could lose 5 pounds in a day, but that's just losing water. So it'll take you 13 weeks or a little over 3 months to lose 50 pounds. So you could probably lose all that weight mid-May. :) hope I helped [ fish34's advice column | Ask fish34 A Question ]
