I had knee surgery and I was so depressed because I couldnt run and I'm a cross country runner. So, my best friend had one and i strted running on it, and I made captain of my squad the season after my surgery! So yea, youll gett in shape....Hint: try leaning back and running "up-hill" you will work you Quads big time!
