will this work by chance?

Exercise Plan:

( this is during one week )
atleast 3 exercise videos, pilates or yoga or the firm..mainly for abs

using my gazelle 3 times, 20 minutes each time

walking 1.250 miles a day

and weight lifting every other day, about 15 or 20 minutes ( weight lifting to gain muscle so i lose more calories )



along with healthy eating, but NO DIET!

i'd like to kno any suggestions about my plan

and btw i just got my new treadmill today, and i'm 14 and a girl

NO DIET!= NO Results

Now you gave me a 1 on the rating. You may think you have everything figured out and all and Iam sorry if it isn't what you wanted to hear. I may not know many things, but I do know diet and exercise. So yes IAM telling you that your results will not be that good...now are YOU a personal trainer?

Wow, that's a lot for a 14 year old, but it sounds great. And eating healthy is actually better for your body than dieting, so good job! You're on your way to becoming a healthier person! ^^
