Help with boys

Hi, this may be quite long.I'm a 14 year ols girl.I have never had a boyfriend because i 've been at a girls school. I live in England, and we have to wear a uniform and can barely wear any make-up. I am new at this school, i've been there for about 10 weeks and have actually made quite a lot of friends. I'm not a dork and everybody knows and likes me but i'm not popular. Sadly the boy i really like is. I am very shy and i would never be able to ask a boy out. So i need help with attracting him but not stuff like, smile and be confident i want stuff that actually works. I also need great tips to look really pretty like great make-up and what looks natural and pretty. I sound like i'm EXTREMELY deperate but i'm not but i just would like a boyfriend.

okay, so i'm just going to describe myself and preferably guys but girls can also answer. i'm almost 5'4, more like 5'3 and 3/4, kind of skinny (like in my arms and unfortunately my chest) but where my hips and butt are i get wider. i take care of myself really well as far as hygiene, and i try to make sure my clothes, skin, everything is always clean and smells good. i have clear skin as far as acne, pimples, etc. and it's soft but i have freckles on my nose & cheeks and moles covering my body. :( they're not big and huge and hairy or anything like that, they're actualy kind of small, but i still worry about them. anyways, brunette, wavy hair, kind of pointy-ish nose... some people say it compliments my face, but i'm self-conscious abo...

There's this one girl thats at this after school tutoring thing at my high school. I find her really attractive and I like to keep imagining she's my girlfriend and and I like going to the tutoring thing even when I don't need help just to see her. Do I have a crush on this girl? I've never had a crush before so I don't know.

Retainer shifted my teeth.

I got my braces off about 4 months ago, I had to wear a permanent retainer on the bottom and and a take out retainer on the top. I was told to wear my retainer 24/7 besides eating and brushing my teeth for two months. When I went back my Orthadontist said everything was fine and told me that I had to only wear my retainer at night. I always wore it at night, never forgot, but then front teeth began to shift. After I noticed I went to the Orthadontist today, he fixed my retainer and said that I have to wear it full time for 2 weeks, but it hurt so much and it actually pushed my front teeth back behind the others. I dont know if I should take it out or leave it in...

Most Teenage Guys Homophobic?

Have any of you guys noticed that most teenage guys are homophobic? My ex boyfriend was homophobic-ish. I couldn't stand it. For a numerous reasons... 1) my own step brother was gay (oh but still very attractive enough to make girls fall for him ha) 2) I hate judgmental people. 3) I just couldn't stand it PERIOD. He used it as an insult with his friends which is pretty stupid. So I was extremely worried that he would see my brother and be like going off on him and then dumping me blah blah. So why are teenage guys so homophobic? I mean my ex was 17 freaking years old and was pretty mature for his age but still.

Im a 42 (43 next month) single and work in a Drs. Office. We recently saw a patient who I thought was attractive and very nice. After he was finished treating in our office I was sad I would'nt be seeing him anymore. Then a few months later I found out he works at the hospital next to our offices. I've been taking YAZ for about 2 years now and I haven't had any bad side effects. However, reading about the lawsuits against YAZ and it's possible side effects scares me.

Should I raise the referral fee for my referral business?

I founded a babysitting referral business at www.flowersitters.com and I currently charge families $10.00 to refer a sitter, and $7.00 to refer an additional sitter - short-notice fees, as well, if the bookings are made less than 48 hours in advanced, however, I don't tend to receive very many short-notice bookings.
I'm considering raising the referral fee to either $12.00, $15.00 or $20.00, but I am not sure. Right now, I answer phones and e-mails, contact sitters and the family to set-up interviews and exchange information, and then I release contact info after receiving the referral fee.
What would be a fair price to raise my current price to?

Okay so my best friend since... ever and me are fighting, well sorta. I'll give you the story it may be long but it is essential to knowing my problem:
Okay so yeah we have been best friends for six years {sophmores}. And now he is changing! It is horrible, his parents are seperating he is moving away, in a year!!! I feel so bad for him! However he has treated me like crap! He won't text me or anything! I txted him one day and asked him something. When he didn't answer i got my cousins phone and txted him, and he replied to him!!!!

social anxiety?

The past year or so, I've been feeling very nervous in social situations, around friends and in school. The really weird part is, I used to be the biggest party girl and really outgoing, someone who would always speak her mind and just talk to anyone. Now, I find myself shy, closed-off, and very introverted. I'm in college now, and I should be having a great time.. but I don't like being with groups of people or even raising my hand in class. When I'm called on in class, I get so nervous even if I know the answer completely! Going up to the front of the class for a presentation? A complete nightmare. What happened to me all of a sudden? I don't understand this. I just want to be the calm, cool and collected girl again.

Hello! I'm wanting to get an aeropostale brand babydoll style shirt on ebay. The woman has small and medium. I have recently gotten babydoll style shirts from there, and I've gotten small. I used to wear small in tank tops from there, but they're sizes run so small that the tank tops got so tight on me. My point is I have a small bust, and I'm not sure if I should get small or medium in this shirt I want. The woman told me both of the shirts have a length of 26, the bust size for small is 15, and the bust size for the medium is 16. That is not a huge difference at all, but clothing does shrink.
