I'm 14/f, 5'4", and about 103 lbs. I'm goign to this pool party on June 8th. I pretty much am ok with my body, but I want to make my stomach a little flatter (no so much my flatter, just get rid of the extra chubbieness). I also really want to get rid of the flappiness/sagginess on my butt. It's aroudn the bottom of my butt, where the creese <sp> is. It really bothers me and I want it to look better if not go away. What exercises can I do, and what can I eat to help them! I have about 17 days left at the most. Thanks, I'll rate!

Ok. I have long brown hair and I always shower and keep clean. But I always wear my hair down so I think that affects my neck. I always notice I have acne on it so im affraid that when I HAVE to wear my hair up, it will all show. what do I do to stop that acne?

How can I lose weight (at least 8pounds) in 3 weeks! I've gained almost 10 pounds over the summer(here in our country) and school's gonna start in 3 weeks already. I don't wanna show up in school looking so-not-like-me the last time they saw me. Please give me tips on how to lose weight fast!

ok im 15 years old. i weigh about 155. im like 5'8" im not extreamly over weight, but most of my friends are really skinny, so it makes me look fatter, plus im tired of working so hard to find clothes that fit. and i have a belly that i suck in all day that i wanna get rid of. really bad. i stoped drinking sodas. and i dont eat too much junk. and i have not lost ANY weight. i have thiroid problems and have to take medicine for it. my mom says that it makes it harder to loose weight.
summer is comming soon and i need to loose weight.
what do i do?

I have freckles all over my face and am thirteen years old. three questions-
- are freckles considered pretty in today's society?
-what are some good techniques (ie: masks, serums, ect)
-good makeup to cover them up?

I'm naurally quite slim but i dont think im that fit/healthy.
Because of that, i have started going to the gym to make me healthier, but the thing is, i dont wanna lose weight, so how can i keep fit and healthy but not lose weight?

Ok i have huge love handles and i have NO clue how to get rid of them...i get soo self concious sometimess. everyone says they give me curves and i understand that..but these are HUGE curves that make me look fat and im really not so pease helpp!!

OK heres the deal.
I tore my acl playing soccer. so now i'm on crutches and i cant really put any pressure on my knee. But my question is how can i work out? Cuz i have a lot of down time, and i went from playing tennis and soccer to now nothing. so i dont know what to do. any ideas that doesnt have much to do with my knee?

I eat constantly. Whenever I'm bored/tired/thinking about food, I eat. I'm not fat. I'm not skinny either I'm about 5'7 or 5'8 150 pounds. I believe that I'm gaining. I try so hard not to eat, but I end up eating in the end. I think I would be fat if it wasn't for me playing sports. I'm always worried that I'll end up being fat and slow and can't play sports but i'm always ending up eating.. how can i prevent this? Thanks in advance

I'm 15 1/2, about 5'7" (172 ish cm) and i weigh about about 150 lbs. I know i'm not hugely overweight, and i'm not intending to become anorexic or anything, but i think i really do just eat too much. It used to be i could eat tons of food and not gain weight, but it's caught up. My friends grad party is in 2 1/2 weeks. I'd like to be down to about 135/140 lbs to look a bit nicer in a bikini (she has a pool). I know most of the weight is food, and when i excercise, i can loose weight pretty fast. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me stick to a healthier diet and keep a regular excercise routine? i love sugary foods, and i procrastinate horribly about exercising. My focus areas are the typical butt belly and thighs.
