I'm naurally quite slim but i dont think im that fit/healthy.
Because of that, i have started going to the gym to make me healthier, but the thing is, i dont wanna lose weight, so how can i keep fit and healthy but not lose weight?
perfectly_unperfect answered Saturday May 20 2006, 1:21 pm: eat the right foods and you should be fine. i feel the same exact way as you! so take up a sport, join a gym whatever you need to do and focus on it. also, you cant go to the gym and then come home and eat a bag of chips. no no no come home and eat maybe some vanilla yogurt. mmmmm
