ok sorry if this may seem gross but this is it:

no need for a doctor. i do the same thing. and if i know im going somehwhere im gonna laugh like a friends house or a party or something i wear a pad like a regualr pad for when you get your period that way it wont go through my pants or something and smell. that would SUCKKKKKK

ok well i like this guy and i dont know if he likes me or not because he looks through my classroom window when ever he walks by and looks at me and shows off infront of me or when he plays B-ball before he shoots he looks at me..and i dont know he talks to me more then all the girls and calls me up and everything but recently he had told someone that he liked me only as a friend but im not sure i think he might be lieing because hes friends with my brother hich is like the leadr of the group so he might be afraid to loose his friends..or i might be wrong he might not like me...im not sure wut to do or think..i dont know if i should tell him or not..thanx (link)

guys always show off in front of girls i dont know if its a sure sign he likes you..what else does he do to you? but also most of the time guys could be embaressed and their just like 'nahh i only like her as a friend' when thats not the whole truth..

like everything else it takes practice. the first time you might even think its disgusting! but just go with the flow
touch his face, hair, arms, anything. if hes "experienced" and all he will do whatever he knows "works" and then you can go with that.

I'm naurally quite slim but i dont think im that fit/healthy.
Because of that, i have started going to the gym to make me healthier, but the thing is, i dont wanna lose weight, so how can i keep fit and healthy but not lose weight? (link)

eat the right foods and you should be fine. i feel the same exact way as you! so take up a sport, join a gym whatever you need to do and focus on it. also, you cant go to the gym and then come home and eat a bag of chips. no no no come home and eat maybe some vanilla yogurt. mmmmm

i just got my braces off and i am looking for a great teeth whitener. my mom doesn't want to spend a lot on a dentist doing it but she said she is willing to buy a semi expensive do it yourself. pleaseee help!=] (link)

trident (i think) has this over night whiteing stuff. i did it a while back and it really does work. you brush youre teeth and all and then paint it on your teeth. then you cant eat or drink, just go to sleep and do this for i think something like 2 weeks? im not sure it says on the bottle.
im sure you look gorgeous without your braces now :)

okay, so i am a 13 year old girl and i dont have my period yet...the other day i got these AWFUL stomach pains and i literally could not get up and walk around..i stayed in bed all morning and finally fell asleep. when i woke up i was feeling mostly better and by the night i was perfectly fine! i didnt have them the next day so could these possibly be cramps? please answer!

its not necisarrily your period, but yes its cramps or very bad stomach pains. do you have brownish discharge? that means your period is coming.
