crunches/situps.

when you do crunchs or situps with your legs straight up does it do more to your stomach then it does when your legs are bent? thansk.

It does the same thing...just gets you to the result a little faster by tiring out quicker and using a few more stabilizer muscles. Your choice.

If you are doing crunches, try keeping your legs straight up and stiff. It does help on those abs. When you are doing your crunches or situps, pretend you are reaching for your favorite snack. its always helps knowing your going to get thinner while still reaching for your favorite foods.

Yes it does because you have to work harder to get your stomach to do the crunch, which means better results. It only works if you keep your legs straight the whole time...if you cant do it (usually it hurts) just do it the normal way. =)
