Legs[: I don't have any excersise equipment..what are some excersises you can do to tone your thighs?[sp?]

The six inches thing is really only for lower abs. Walking or running is the best way to tighten ur whole lower body. ]
Ok, here's what I do sometimes that helps my thighs and stomach. You lay on your back and lift your legs about 6 inches from the ground and try to hold it for as long as possible. So it should look something like this...With your arms by your sides
Feet--> ___o <--Head ]
It doesnt sound like it would help, but skipping is basically the best thing you can do for your legs! So grab a skipping rope now! Other good leg-toning exercises are swimming, running, cycling and walking ]
walking is much more efficient then regular excersise!!
