I don't have any excersise equipment..what are some excersises you can do to tone your thighs?[sp?]

The six inches thing is really only for lower abs. Walking or running is the best way to tighten ur whole lower body.

Ok, here's what I do sometimes that helps my thighs and stomach. You lay on your back and lift your legs about 6 inches from the ground and try to hold it for as long as possible. So it should look something like this...With your arms by your sides

It doesnt sound like it would help, but skipping is basically the best thing you can do for your legs! So grab a skipping rope now! Other good leg-toning exercises are swimming, running, cycling and walking
