During the winter I get nosebleeds frequently :-/, so now i'm a pro at stopping them. Just take a tissue and pinch your nose with it and hold it there for about 5 minutes somewhat tightly. Do not get bearshare, that's a horrible program. I have two suggestions...

Ok I can help you out...
1- Wear formal clothing for the actual readings, then you might want to bring some casual (but not to casual) kind of clothing for the reception/party part of the bar mitzvah.
2-Well I don't buy dresses so I can't help you out to much on this part, but as long as you don't wear like a t-shirt or something you'd wear to school for the reading portion, then you should be fine. Wear something that you'd wear to a special occasion.
3-The hair is up to you, it doesn't matter how you have it.
4-I don't know where to buy dresses :-/
5-Well this part really depends...A lot of people at my bar mitzvah who were just friends of mine gave me about 20-50 dollars. But if it's a closer friend or your family knows them pretty well, then it's always nice to spend a little more like around the 50 dollar region.

I have the same exact problem. Now you probably won't be able to make them really white before school starts whithout using any whitening products, but there's another way. In some toothpaste it has baking soda in it which really helps. Look for toothpaste that has baking soda in it, and that should help.

That was probably just a big rumour. Last year was my first year of high school and I was worried about all of taht, especially because I have what you could call a very gang type school. Anyways, I was glad to see that all the rumours were false. The lockers weren't even big enough to fit in, and administration woudn't let anyone throw eggs or water balloons at anyone, so don't worry about that. I just got my braces off :D. But anyways to ur question...try using wax, I don't know if your orthodontist gave you some, but it really helped me.
