Okay, so I've had braces that effected my way of brushing my teeth and now that they're off, my teeth aren't white...it's not yellow either. It's like in the middle.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to whiten teeth without buying any whitening products (White crest stripe things, etc) or going to the dentist.
I wanna have my teeth be as white as possible before school starts (in a week) Any home products I can use? Thanks

What I also do is I go and buy that whitening chewing gum, cause I love to chew gum, so it works out.
And of course, just keep brushing your teeth three times a day.

Now you probably won't be able to make them really white before school starts whithout using any whitening products, but there's another way. In some toothpaste it has baking soda in it which really helps. Look for toothpaste that has baking soda in it, and that should help. [ adviceme3's advice column | Ask adviceme3 A Question ]
