The six inches thing is really only for lower abs. Walking or running is the best way to tighten ur whole lower body.

The pros have been listed, other than that, my sister has one and its broken alot, its not as durable as the old school nokia tanks but that doesnt matter, they look cool and u can always get the warranty so u get a new one if it breaks

do the aloe, but i also find cool surfaces, maybe put a damp cloth (or at my beach house i have a leather couch and that lying on the cool leather feels good) do what works
