hey everyone! :]

Im 14 years old and i wiegh 117 pounds : /
im not really fat but i have HUGE love handles how do i get rid of them and how long do u think it will take.

Ill rate 5's for anything!

my best advice is to just eat smart, and work out about 1.5 hours b4 you go to bed at night..... if you usually have 2-3 "snacks" a day.. cut it down to one snack (sweets and emty carbs) go on walks (brisk, not leisurly) and when you get home from the walk.... do 50-100 crunches.... nothing strenuous... you could do them while there is a commercial on tv for all it's worth.. that is what i do.... and as for the weight... im and 2 years older than you, and about 60 pounds heavier.... don't go extreme on losing weight... love yourself for who you are... but if you want to fit into the "perfect suit" then go for it, cruches help the best!

I read online that doing a variation of the sit up targets your side abs and love handles.

Instead of doing regular sit ups, get in the sit up position and then turn over on your side, keeping in the same position. Do your normal situps, twisting to the ceiling. Do some reps then turn over on other side and repeat.

If you want to loose weight, I would suggest some type of cardio. You could try running, dancing, or swimming. Also, if there is a sport you particularly like, play it. There's no reason you can't have fun while loosing wieght. Make sure you also eat healthy, and your love handles will be gone in no time. Hope this helps.

thats not bad.. i weigh 126 and im 14.. im not fat but all my weight goes to my lower stomach, i have lovehandles too.. i think you should just eat healthier and less, not like anerexic but like 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks or something . drink a lot of water and do situps and froggi jumps and pushups and youll be a-ok =] hope i helped

Yes, i'd have to agree that you should do crunches and sit-ups, but you can also start watching what you eat to prevent them making them bigger, and you and maybe go for a jog around your neighborhood once a day.
