What are some exercises that work that area right below your butt? because when i wear a bathing suit my legs always look so fat under my butt =[
i rate 5's
I personally always like to have my clients mix weight training with calisthenics. Generally with a glute specific program my two recommendations are-
-Weighted lunges
-Leg scissors
Try and do this in a circuit or you can take a 30 second rest in between if need be. these aren't the only exercises and factors which determine the shape of the glutes- but they're the best and don't forget that diet is key. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

you can also swim. this helps also, but make sure that you paddle only with your legs. hiking can get your butt and legs into shape. riding a bike standing up is a good excersise too. hope this helps!! :) ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ [ herbivore's advice column | Ask herbivore A Question ]

Running and biking. ACTUALLY, I just remembered, there's some new stuff out called 'REDLINE.' Supposedly if you drink half the bottle while working out, and then half 30 mins later, you'll get an energy boost that helps you lose weight. Pretty cool.
I still need to research it to see how safe it is though. [ Krupple's advice column | Ask Krupple A Question ]
