umm saggy butt? I'm 14/f, 5'4", and about 103 lbs. I'm goign to this pool party on June 8th. I pretty much am ok with my body, but I want to make my stomach a little flatter (no so much my flatter, just get rid of the extra chubbieness). I also really want to get rid of the flappiness/sagginess on my butt. It's aroudn the bottom of my butt, where the creese <sp> is. It really bothers me and I want it to look better if not go away. What exercises can I do, and what can I eat to help them! I have about 17 days left at the most. Thanks, I'll rate!

i'm thirteen and 103 pounds, unfortunately, i look terrible in a bikini. or in any kind of bathing suit, actually. mostly because of my stomach and my lower back, around my butt. there's a little extra chubbiness in those places, and i've been trying to get rid of it. since of course it's summer time, and it'll be really hot, and there will be lots of pool parties and water parks.
like people have said before me, do situps. they really, really help. also, if you wrap yourself up in plastic wrap - not your entire body of course, but perhaps your ab area and your thighs - right before you exercise you'll sweat more, which is mostly getting rid of the chub. also, if you wrap your legs and stomach in plastic wrap before you go to sleep you can sweat off up to 3 pounds during the night. as long as you know, you don't suffocate yourself, you'll be fine. Use silacone cups and if you are wearing a 1 peice...wear a cotton like elastic on ur stomach. ]
I'm a fourteen year old female that's 5'4" and 105ish pounds.. trust me, you're NOT fat! If your body is like mine, your stomach probably totally skinny. Just do crunches. Start off by doing 100 and then add 5-10 more each night. As for the crease around your butt, do stair exercises.. like step-ups.. where you go up a step and then back down (right foot on the stair, left foot on the stair, right food on the floor, left food on the floor repeatitively). That should work out. But really, I wouldn't worry about your body. You're going to be fine! ]
