I really want to get a flat stomach. What are some work outs that will help me get one?

Running and Crunches (sit-ups) always help to a mean-lean fighting machine stomach... Try to stay away from the candy and sweets as much as possible...stick with the healthy foods... working out to good music that you love always keeps you motivated.
