ok, so i know im not the only one, but i cant seem to bring myself to walk out of my house without eyeliner on. thing is, i wish/want to go without makeup since i am young (16) and i know i look good without it except for some pimples but i am working on clearing up my face completely, anyway thats besides the point. my question is how do you look amazing without makeup because i see girls doing it and i want to too! its healthier for skin and keeps you younger longer. also I tried not wearing any eyeliner once before and everyone commented on how tired i looked! so i need tips on looking good without makeup...thanks!!! =) (link)
drink TONS of water..and eat plenty of citric fruit. it will give you a healthy glow.

It's summer.
I have about 2 months to lose as much weight as I can.
But I'm only 13 so I have absolutly NO idea how to.
I'll take any advice that I can get, but pleaseee help.

I'll adore you forever if you help me :DDD

kthnx (link)
a few tips..

1. drink tons of water, also stop drinking carbonated beverages or high sugar drinks

2. if you are looking to snack, try eating an apple instead of chips/candy/junk food. it satisfies both thirst and hunger
but take note that fruits have calories too..so its all about eating in moderation.

3. i run about 2 miles a day, do some uphill biking, and different exercises for abs that i find online

4. always always always eat breakfast. it will keep you from picking and snacking so much during the day. breakfast gives you energy and boosts your metabolism for the day.

good luck!

Everyday I put on makeup, but as soon as it gets like towards the middle of the day, I check myself in the mirror and everything is like already off! What are some good foundations, mascara, eyeliners, and others (like concealers, or..? idk. blush, etc) that stay on all day and look gorgeous on you guys?? Thank You in advance!!! (link)
the best foundation:

i need something that REALLY really works ..im not even used to this i0ve never been one of those persons with lots os acne on the face ..but now all of a sudden i do!!! and i dont know i've tried anythings and i went to the dermatologist and its been 5 month and i havent improved that much!!! please help (link)
if you are really serious about getting rid of your acne, ask your dermatologist about levulan kerastick+bluelight illumination.
you go for sessions where you leave the levulan kerastick (which is the medicine)on your face for a specific amount of time..and then sit in the bluelight. i had this done and the sessions took about 8 weeks over all. it was probably one of the best decisions of my life. i am such a happier person now that i dont have to worry about acne. i seriously had stage 4 acne, and had tried absolutley every product on the market. now my skin is perfectly clear.

I have bad acne. Iv had it since 5th grade and Im now in 11th. Im 16 and a felmale. I have proactive, but doesnt work. Is there anything I can buy/do to help clear my face up? Anything I can stop eating/drinking that might help. I LOVE Pizza and I do drink to much pop, is the pop doing it? Any ideas are welcomed!.. But I dont want anything stupid like put toothpaste on it. I have acne, not just pimples. Thanks!! =] (link)
i had the exact same problem!
its not what you eat or drink ( i go to a dermatologist and he said that doesnt cause it )
i quit drinking soda awhile ago for a diet regimen, and ive noticed nothing. my acne actually got worse over time.

when your face gets this bad you need to ask your dermatologist about levulan kerastick + bluelight illumination. the levulan kerastick is a chemical medicine they will rub on your face and than you sit under this bluelight for 17-20 minutes and it activates the chemicals. this is the 8 week process i am currently going through:

week 1- sit w/ levulan kerastick on face for 1 hour, sit under light
week 2- go twice a week to sit under light ONLY
week 3- go twice a week to sit under light only
week 4- sit w/ levulan kerastick on face for 2 hours, sit under light
week 5- go twice a week to sit under light only
week 6- go twice a week to sit under light only
week 7- sit w/ levulan kerastick on face for 3 hours, sit under light
week 8- go twice a week to sit under light

i am currently on my 5th week and i PROMISE you wont regret it. my face is so clear it is really amazing. the levulan kerastick will dry up your face tremendously. and it will PEEL LIKE CRAZY. it kind of made me miserable while i was in school because i felt ugly, but trust me, its worth it. and if you dont fix your acne soon it will leave scars!

your dermatologist will tell you more about it if you go and ask them about it!
i really hope you take it into consideration!

well, the whole process is like $800.
i know its really expensive but it is really worth every penny if you have it.

okay, so i've been dealing with acne for quite a while, and recently it has been going away..When i was in Maine for a vacation it seemed to go almost completely away, but now that i'm back it's starting up a little again. What could it be? Also, I took showers everyday in the morning. At my house, i usually take them in the evening. do you think that could affect it? Thank you. (link)
same exact thing happened to me when I was in florida..

i dont know what affects it but i could suggest some woderful products to help you!

wash your face w/ this:
http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100306&navAction=jump&navCount=0&id=prod869160

moisturize:
http://www.acne.org/cetaphil-daily-facial-moisturizer-spf-15-fragrance-free-reviews/11/page1.html

these products are amazing, and i hope you use them!

I have used just about every product there is out there and it seems it does not help my acne out at all. Should I try proavtiv? Does it really work? (link)
proactive is awful.
you really need to see a dermatologist and ask about Levulan Kerastick + Bluelight Illumination
its pretty expensive, but its worth it.
Levulan Kerastick is a medicine they put on your face, and i had to sit with it on my face for an hour and than sit under a Bluelight for 17 minutes. im on an 8 week process, and so far ive had wonderful results. basically during the 8 weeks you have to make a lot of trips to the dermatologists office for the medicine/sitting under the bluelight.

if you have any more questions PLEASE ask me
hope i helped!

I've heard MAC makeup is really good.
I'll be going to the store soon.. I don't know what to get

I just want some foundation-powder to cover acne/scars/even out my skin tone. I also want blush [is creme or powder better? more natural, i guess]. A good liquid eyeliner too?

Any suggestions? I've been on the site but I'm lost. I don't know what products work well or anything. What's your favorite product for foundation-powder, blush, eyeliner?

Pictures would be helpful too. To give me an idea on how good it looks.

THANKS! :] (link)
i love MACs studio mist foundation. its new. its $28.50, but i went to a cosmetic company store in a mall and got it for $20.00.

i would suggest using powder blush if you have acne prone skin. if your skin is oily, it may make the creme blush fade off and look gross. and if you have dry skin, it will just look cakey. so powder blush is your best bet. and goes on more evenly.

ive been on accutane for almost seven years now and i still get bad acne is there any other things...creams,pills,at home rememides..any advice?? (link)
I would stop using Accutane. I am sure you are aware, but it has very dangerous side effects. I started using Murad about 2 weeks ago. My skin looks great and alot of my acne has cleared up. I bought a set which includes the face wash, acne treatment gel, spot treatment cream, and the moisturizer. The moisturizer has a great scent too. Its not greasy AT ALL. Its lightweight, but leave yours skin moisturized enough so that is does not feel tight. I have found that it is easy to apply makeup on afterwards as well. Basically, the moisturizer leaves your skin soft, smooth, and hydrated. The set is available at www.sephora.com

hope i helped!

I know this is gonna sound weird, but I want to know how to dry out my skin. My skin (on my face) is so oily that around 10:00 in school, it looks really bad. I also have acne, so I wear foundation and stuff. I currently switched face soaps, and I am noticing that with my new one my face isn't getting AS oily, but is there any way to really eliminate it? Help! (link)
Make sure you use a deep cleansing face scrub at least once a week to make sure you are cleaning the hard-to-get dirt and oil in your pores which is making you look so shiny. And i guess if you want to make your skin dry than you should use a scrub more than once a week.
Like everyone else said, the oil absorbing sheets by clean & clear work miracles. I use them EVERYDAY.

i hav dirty blond-well brownishh hair and greenish blue eyes...
i was wonderin what kind of makeup i should wear cuz ive been expieramenting and i cant find any i like. oh yeah i dont have fair or tan skin but somewhere in the middle.
got any ideas??

OPTION #1
Really colorful eyeliners are IN this spring. In seventeen magazine, they have a picture of someone with green eyes wearing an electric blue eyeliner. If you decide to do this, make SURE you apply it right by the eyelashes.
This first link is Urban Decay. A little more pricey.
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P133707&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=3806
This second link is the Sephora collection. Very cheap, but good quality.
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P42218&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=3902

OPTION #2
It sounds like you have beige skin. If you are good with liquid liner, I would suggest you use it. Dab a little white shimmer dust onto the inner corners of your eyes, and on the brow bones.

Liquid Liner:

Shimmer:
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P12657&categoryId=C13402

Foundation-
If you are looking for foudantion, I would suggest Bareminerals. A little pricey, but totally worth it. Make sure you get YOUR shade. Dont get a shade darker because you want to look tan, because it might make you look orange.

Mascara-
For longer lashes: Covergirl Professional all-in-one mascara

For volume+length: Clinique high impact mascara

hope i helped!

Ok.I'm basically not skinny. I've tryed EVERYTHING to get it to go away. I've done dieting, but I keep on braking them, and I'm already in about 1 thosand sports. So I'm thinking about only eating lunch and a little dinner everyday, but I don't know how bad that is for me. Like for lunch, a salad, orange juice (which is nasty), and for dinner maybe only an apple. So should I do it or not? Plus, I need to know if I should do it or not, what should I do? (link)
Dont do it. If you dont eat enough, your body will go into a shock and you will actually gain weight. Since you are an active person in sports and stuff, you probably get atleast 30 minutes of exercise a day, and with that you are supposed to eat 2,000 calories a day. Just cut down on junk food. Instead of a bag of chips, get an apple or something. Stop drinking carbonated products as well. hope i helped!

Like normal i get really bad break-outs at that certain time of the month. I also get really bad i guess you can call bags and they get real dark. Are there any products out there that will get rid of my acne that won't burn my skin? and any idea's for under my eyes? (link)
Try these for under-eye darkness. My mom uses this brand and she is really satisfied with them.
The great part is, when your order a product/s from dhc, you get 3 free samples. So you may want to sample some of the face washes, toner, moisturizers to help with your acne.

What I use for acne is called Tea Tree Oil. It is a face wash that you could find at the Body Shop. It is made to cleanse the oil/dirt out of your skin and treat blemishes. It has worked pretty good for me, and than if I have a big zit/pimple, I put a thin layer of toothpaste on it before I go to sleep.

Ok, I don't know if this is in the right category, but skin probs can be under health right? Anyway

I got this new skin care product because my friend tried it and it worked great on getting rid of her blackheads and stuff like that. So she ordered some for me, and it has worked, and I've washed my face with it 3 times. After the 2nd time I saw some(not much) of dry skin, and my skin was flakey(sp). And I washed my skin a 3rd time and my skin is more flaky, and I went and put Moisturizer from my new skin care thing and it didn't work, I had some old moisturizer from this Almay wash and it used to work, and I think it helped some. But I was wondering if my flaky skin could be from my new skin care thing or it is because of how hot it got outside and also could it be from I used to wash my skin with not burning hot but pretty hot water to lukewarm?(My skin can be put in hot water without getting really dried out) Thanks in advance! (link)
First off, you should wash your face only two times a day- morning (before applying makeup etc.) & night ( before sleeping ). Products with ingredients like clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide will irritate your skin if used to much. They are in most skin care products for curing acne.
Make sure you wash your face AFTER getting out of the shower/bath because shampoos and conditioners have oils in them which could cause breakouts to occur.
Your flaky skin is probably resulted from a combination of washing your face to much & being in the sun to much. Make sure your moisturizer has SPF in it to protect your skin from the UVA/UVB rays that the sun gives off. Cetaphil is a great moisturizer. If your skin is really dry one day, you should try Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream. I don't use it in the morning because it is really strong and meant for extremely dry skin, so it would make my skin look greasy. Also, I dont use it because it doesn't have SPF in it. But Cetaphil also makes an A.M. moisturizer that has SPF.
Oh, and using lukewarm water is fine. It opens up the pores so that the oil/dirt will be easier to clean up.

hope I helped =]

Okay so this may sound gross or weird, but whatever. i need some advice. first of all, i need to know ways to smoothly shave the pubic area. every time i shave down there, even with a new razor, it isnt very smoothe and it will get bumps. what can i do to get a clean shave? and also i am thinking about waxing my upper lip. i used to bleach it, but it got bright blonde and fuzzy, so if i use those waxing strips that you're supposed to use at home, do you know how fast the hair will grow back, and will it grow back thicker?!?! (link)
Sally hansen products are great! try this.
http://www.sallyhansen.com/bd/5061ex_str_cr_rem_bikini.cfm

Ok it's so gross im 13/f and I have hair on my nose and it's really noticeable (it's like 5 o clock shadow on a boy's beard!)

is it safe to wax it? since my skin is really senstiive? (link)
Im sure waxing it will be fine, but your hair may grow back even darker. I use sally hansen creme hair bleach for the hair around my lip. You only keep it on for about 6-10 minutes or so. When you wash it off, the hair will be unnoticeable.
http://www.sallyhansen.com/bd/creme_hb.cfm

available at kmart, target, walmart, anywhere like that.

helloo =] i was just wondering
what are some good spray tans/lotions
that give great results that i
can buy at the store? like cvs,
walgreens, kmart, jewel. something
that is easy to apply. thankss [= (link)
I use Bare Bronze from Victoria's Secret. If you are really pale like me, I would not suggest using that Loreal Sublime Bronze, because it turned me orange once, and i was speckled like a giraffe. It was awful. Jergens Natural glow works pretty well, but it smells horrible. Bare Bronze has kind of a fruity smell to it, and it wont turn your orange.
This is what the back of the bottle says:
Drink in a sexy touch of sun, every day. Bare Bronze Dailey glow Moisturizer combines the benefits of moisturizer with a hint of self-tanner for a natural, gradual glow.

hope I helped!

okayy well this is all over internet
like these people i don't know in real life but anyway

i made this best friend over internet named sally,
we have been besties for EVER. well ever since august of last year. anyway
she has made an enemy her name is adriana
welll
adriana is my friend and one day sally told me not to talk to her
i said okay
well i've been secretly talking to adriana
and sally figures out
now she is all like i hate you
we are not friends and blah blah blah.
i was very sad yesterday but today i realized
its over internet
why am i taking this so seriously.
but i am still sad because i dont have sally
she told me to wait till thursday and she will know by then if she wants to be my friend or not.
pretty stupid i know.
i told her that i should be able to choose my own friends.
she totally ignored my message.
and on AIM she ignored me to but only made stupid smiley faces ever now and then while i just spilled all my feeling to her.
i really don't know what i'd do if sally tells me on thursday she doesnt want to be my friend
and i know you guys are gonna say
she isnt your friend if she treats you like that

but i can't just stop liking someone i've liked and known for a while now. (link)
dont trust someone you met over the internet.

put your REAL friends first. the ones you actually talk to face-to-face.

and how does that sally chick know you were talkin to adriana?

I'm the leader of a VERY important clique (its the best clique in the school) anyway one of the people in it walked away to join a dif. clique I dont want her back I need to find a new clique person to replace her how do I find a new person? (link)
okay, im not trying to sound mean or anything
but seriously..why do you waste your time?
be your own person.
and im pretty sure you would be a lot happier having fun than worrying about how you are going to get a new person in your clique.

reading questions like these are just so stupid

sorry, but it drives me insane

ok well when i wash my face or clean it to prevent acne it is always soo soft and i like to touch my face cuz it feels really good. Is that bad for my skin? (link)
Not really. Unless your like.. rubbing your hands up and down your face. If you do that, the bacteria from your fingers could clog your pores.
