I would stop using Accutane. I am sure you are aware, but it has very dangerous side effects. I started using Murad about 2 weeks ago. My skin looks great and alot of my acne has cleared up. I bought a set which includes the face wash, acne treatment gel, spot treatment cream, and the moisturizer. The moisturizer has a great scent too. Its not greasy AT ALL. Its lightweight, but leave yours skin moisturized enough so that is does not feel tight. I have found that it is easy to apply makeup on afterwards as well. Basically, the moisturizer leaves your skin soft, smooth, and hydrated. The set is available at www.sephora.com
hope i helped! ]
i tried proactive and it didn't work, and my doctor put me on this stuff, its a foam kinda thing and you put it on before bed. its called evoclin, but it cleared my face up like two weeks after i started using it. ]
ProActiv.
I love it.
It not only makes you feel like it's working, but it does work.
My face feels so clean and clear and if you use it everyday twice a day, it'll stay that way.
I only break out when I neglect using it.
If you choose to use it, I hope it works for you =D ]
I've honestly had acne sence I was three and now I'm 16. My doctor put me on Accutane and it worked really great BUT he said it wasn't as good as it should be so he gave me another pill to go along w/ it. Talk to your dermatologist about another pill you could possibly take WITH the Accutane. ]
A good spot treatment I like to do is crush an aspirin and mix it with pure lemon juice until it makes a paste. Dab the paste on the individual pimples and leave it one for 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. Do that about two times a day and your skin will clear up significantly.
Have you tried the cream "Neobenz?" It's benzoil peroxide in cream form and it works wonders. You have to get a prescription to get it though. Talk to your dermotologist.
Nothing you eat or drink will affect your skin condition. I used to believe that, but my dermotologists, I've have three mind you, insist that isn't true. ]
have you tried proactive? i heard that helps also birth control. um also if you stay away from sugars they often make you break out if you have to much of it. try not to touch your face at all. try talking to your dermatolagist to see if you can switch to something else if its not working. hope i helped and good luck:) ]
