I need to lose weight....Fast!

How can I lose weight (at least 8pounds) in 3 weeks! I've gained almost 10 pounds over the summer(here in our country) and school's gonna start in 3 weeks already. I don't wanna show up in school looking so-not-like-me the last time they saw me. Please give me tips on how to lose weight fast!

Work-out a lot. Go for a mile jog everyday and do a least 30 sit-ups every morning and night. Go on a healthy diet.

Well, you cant lose 8 pounds in 3 weeks if you want to be healthy, you can only healthily lose 2 pounds a week.
But you should exercise A LOT and also try and eliminate snacks and sweets (especially late night snacks)
Try to stay active. If this still doest work, try going on weight watchers...i know that weight watchers really does work..

cut out all fats and sweets from your diet, substitute water for soda, and weight train (building muscles is the fastest way to burn calories--but dont worry, you wont look like arnold schwartzenager)-(dunno if i spelled tht right). good luck!!

The Special K diet helps you lose 6 or 7 pounds in two weeks you just relace 2 meals a day with special K.

Tips from my brilliant fitnesse instructor (but she's kind of slow....) Okay, here we go:

Eat vegetable soup for your every meal. (It's like tomato, carrot, any other veggie, mix them together in deep boiling water, then you can add pepper and salt) It's the fastest way.

Don't eat sweet stuffs.

Do sit ups and push ups every morning and night.
(This is one fastest way too. Usually, 31 sit ups will do about 1.5 pound at once, it's really fast)

Try to run 5-7 miles per day.

Don't eat cakes, drink sweets, or even snacks.

Don't make yourself stressful or listen to any news. Bad news and frustation can bring your eating habit increased.
