My boyfriend and I have been together now going on two years this October. We have had our problems, but we always manage to come through being much closer. I love him to death, and can’t imagine not having him as a part of my life. So here’s the problem, after about 7 months of being together I absolutely knew he was the one and we just were getting along so great. Then some guy came and proposed (or wanted to) but I said no (by the way I’m of Arab background). I was telling my bf about it, and he freaked out and said I should have accepted and met the guy. It really frustrated me, and hurt me a lot for him to tell me I should just marry the other guy. We talked and then he said his mother would not agree to him marrying me. I was crushed!! We have been on and off again (the on lasting much longer than the off) but I just don’t know what to do. I love him, and I don’t want to be with another guy (he is the first guy I have ever been with). Some days I find myself feeling really depressed because I keep remembering his mom. What should I do? My friends, sisters, even my MOM has told me we should just end it, but they don’t understand how much I care about this guy. He has already made it quite clear that he cannot go against his mother (arab society puts a high value to family ties). The reason she doesn’t say yes is because I was raised my whole life in the states, and my mother is American, but is that really my fault? Is it even something bad? Sorry this is so long, I just really feel awful and need some advice. :( help please! (link)

You should tell both the guys to blow off. Obviously the guy you're with doesn't appreciate you or love you as much as you love him. There is deffinatly a better guy out there for you.It may not be the thing you want to do but its probably whats best for you. Well I hope you find the right guy.

No way. It's one thing to kiss to many times and be considered a slut. And its another to never be kissed and be considered a geek and loney person whoz never been kissed. Yet your neither of them because you believe in a special moment. Not the quick or sloppy kisses that dont mean anything. Your first kiss is bound to be special, meaningful, and true love. All you have to do is wait for that certain moment. And don't be worried on how you'll know. You just will.

Like armpits, try putting deoderant on them.... it also makes them smell good....hahahaha....If that doesnt work, then try seeing a docter and see if he could perscribe you somthing.

okay i like this guy ..uhh lets just call him D =) soo i used to stare at him a lot not because i liked him (cause at that time i didnt) just because he's hot , loud and you cant miss him. and maby that got him to like me cause then he stared at me a lot and so i also started to like him. so we used to talk and everything but once he got into a deep conversation and i was nervous and i've been a little weird (not really mean i just was like : yes , no , maby) yeah okay and than he told me he loved me and THEN i was mean i was like : whatever
and i know that was mean so about i dont know a month i finally got the courage to talk to him again and i called him and appologized. but he was weird cause then HE was like in a yes , no , maby kinda way =/ so yeah we ignored eachother again. and a couple of days ago we where on the bus he was walking right by be me singing =D (that was funny) and then steped back and gave me high five and also smiled. so i thought everything is okay again but now the next day everytime i looked at him he looked away and he flirts /talks about other girls really loud when i'm around. so what does that mean? whats going on in his head? and what should i do?

I think he is just being mean back because you were mean to him... he is only trying to get your attention and get you jelous because most-likely he still loves you.... Don't be supprised if he makes a move on you. Maybe you should just sit him down and just talk to him. Maybe You'll start to like each other again.

14/f...i'm so confused and have no idea what to do. i recently found out that my friend likes the guy that i like. but the problem is that she told some of her close friends that she likes this guy and i haven't told anyone. so if i tell people they'll think that i'm copying my friend or they'll be like she liked him first. then i used to think that this guy liked me back but now i think he might like my friend. and if he does like me and ask me out then how would i tell my friend.

If he asks you out just go for it.It doesn't matter what anyone else but you or your future boyfriend thinks about you. And if the girl isn't your close friend, you shouldn't care. Kay well hope the advice works. ♥

my hair is a little longer than shoulder length.
i have very drastic layers and side bangs.
my hair is naturally wavy, just a little.
i have 2 questions::
my hair only dries curly when i let it air dry. is there any thing that i could put in my hair [wet or dry] that would make it wavy/curly but so i can blow dry it???
and secondly, my hair grows VERY slow and i want my hair longer, is there anything that i could use to make it grow faster?

When you blow-dry your hair, use one of those brushes that are like rolley...That way, you could roll your hair in that and put that blow dryer on it so it dried curly. Or you could just use a curling iron. For the second thing::
Just let your hair grow naturally. That way its beautiful and lookn betta then ever! But you have to get rid of the split ends some times. Otherwise jus let it grow on its own. Ok ! hope the advice helped !

Be casual while meeting someone. Be rememberal and amusing. Try to make the person laugh so the next time they see you they will be like, "Hey ! Thats the funny girl, (Your name) !" Always be nice and cutee while meeting someone. Hope my advice helped. xoxo

Work-out a lot. Go for a mile jog everyday and do a least 30 sit-ups every morning and night. Go on a healthy diet.

i have this problem: everyone hates me!! i have no friends at all! my crush once loved me and now...i dont know i've been mean and he ignores me...and i always say things i dont really want to say. like today my room was a little messy and my dad calls me an asshole just because i had a book lieing on the floor. he sais i'm a retard and that he never wanted a daughter like me , and my mom just stands there and laughs. and my dad is like a monster for me he runs after me in the house screaming and with spit in his mouth. i just dont know what to do anymore. and just because i had one book on the floor he said he's gonna control my room every day now...and i feel so bad right now..theres no1 to talk to and i dont have friends here because we just moved here. i feel terible and i also appologized to my crush and everything but first he gives me high five like i thought everything is fine again and the next day he ignores me again. i'm really confused....i feel really alone

In the situation with your room. It's not your fault. Your dad probably just has a lot of stress and when he sees the slightest mistake, he takes out all his anger on you. Your mom and dad are being very rude and remeber, its not your fault. As for the problem with having no friends. Try greeting new people everyday. Or just try being funny or cute. That will also get your crushes attention. Hope my advice helps.

I'm a terrible teriible TERRIBLE person!
I don't know how to fix this! Everytime I try to become a better person, a become a much much MUCH worse person. I was so jealous of my friend, perfect grades, hair, teeth, boyfriend, LIFE! I was just soo jealous. And I was failing civics. So I stole her project! I was at her house, and I stole it! Who does that? I'm the worst friend eveeeerr! Please help me, I can't tell the truth! I can't! I offered to help her with it tonight when she told me that she lost it, because I felt guilty. So I'm gonna try to fix this! But how? People, what can I do? I've told myself over and over again to learn from my mistakes and becoma a better person, but I don't! Ever, i keep messing up. I'm going to hell. I am. And I have no future. I hate my life and I hate myself and I need serious help. Not from a professional though, I don't want to do that. Just help me please, what can I do to become a better person?? (link)

Its normal to be jelous of people. In this situation you HAVE to tell your friend how you feel about her always being person. Don't let her take it the hard way though. Then when she's not the slip back her project and ask her to help her with yours. Don't let it ruin your friendship though. Hope my advice helps.

Okay, I'll try to make this short. I've liked this guy for months and one day in math I got a question right and he started going on and on about how smart I was. Then another day in S.S, I graded his test and he didn't study and he got a 92. Then he held out his arms and said give me a hug, so I hugged him. Then in Language, he was talking and looking at me a lot more than usual.

I would definatly say he likes you! Anyone who does that is totally in love with the girl. Maybe you shoud tell him how you feel about him (if he doesn't already know) and who knows, maybe he will feel the same way... Well I hope you guys have good relationship (if you do hook up)
