My opinion is that you should come out and tell him how you feel! And if he acts all stupid about it, then, let him be with "R". If its meant to be, then they'll probably last. if not, then they fall apart. But, I'm hoping if you really tell him how you feel, then he'll try to get closer to you than "R".

well, the kissing issue shouldnt be an issue until you solve the first problem with your boyfriend. I think you should confront him and ask him why he doesnt talk to you on the phone, where you both could express more affection towards each other than texting.
