If she looks into your eyes, then you know that she wants to make out with you. But even if she doesn't look into your eyes if you want to make a move go for it. I am pretty sure that she will just follow your lead. I mean you are the guy.
Ask me questions whenever

Well, when she looks into your eyes like she is about to cry and you look back BUT there are no tears in her eyes. ]
you will no the time is write when she outs her face close to urs n she keeps looking into ur eyes!!!
and the tip to a good kiss is dont rush it start off slow n then maybe pick up the pace ]
Okay!!! You'll know when its a perfect moment...I mean, she'll look into your eyes, and you'll look back into hers. And then you'll know it will be the perfect moment! Then, you lean slowly towards her, and BAM!!! there it is! [= ]
Hm, well, I don't really know your age, but from personal experience, my boyfriend and I waited a month [ha-ha, long time, i know] before making out.
We were in a movie theatre and my head was in that little crook between your neck and shoulder and he kissed my hair, and then in a minute when I shifted, he kissed my temple and my cheek, and I turned my head and he kissed me.
Do something subtle like that, if you can't flat out ask your girlfriend. although, i would have preferred him just saying, 'i wanna make out with you.' but it's totally up to you.
