I need help to lose weight. Im not fat its just that I think my thighs and butt are to big.

2.exactaly how do you do it?
3.will i really lose 6 puunds if i do it right?
and if i do 50 crunches in the morning and at night everyday when will i see results?

So lately I've been wanting to get fit and in shape. I'm already running and walking, but I also want to do some other exercises. For the past two weeks I've been trying to do push ups and I can't. Why is it so hard? I can't hold myself up and its embarrassing. I've been doing them on my knees to at least build up a little arm muscle and so I do that for awhile and then I do a regular push up and its not helping at all, its almost a waste of time. I get like a tingly feeling in my elbows and then when I stop trying and get up, my upper arms hurt. How come I can't do push ups? Is there a way to gradually build arm muscle so that I can do push ups? I know its hard and challenging but it its impossible all together for me :(

ok well im 32 inches around the waist and im 13/f 132 pounds i want to be 27 inches thats my goal
if i do 50 crunches 4 times a day
and do a ab workout or 2 on the on demand every day
when will be the first time i see results?
and when do you think i will reach my goal?
and one more thing i want my legs an thys smaller
what if i speedwalk everyday for and hour will i loose some weight in my legs and thys? and if so how much?

haha, i'm stupid, yes.
ok here is the question: (yes, it's kindof petty, but it's serious nonetheless)is there a way i can make my butt bigger? it's of a decent enough size, but it'd be great if there were some foods, or excersizes, or anything really that could make my derriere larger, especially if it could extend outward more.
i know this may sound rather silly, but it never hurts to ask.

hi what are some like really good excercises that i can do at home. i am trying to lose the stomach and some fat around my thighs. i dont need alot to do because im not entirely that fat. like i know you can do sit ups. but what else can i do. i walk around alot with my friends but its to hot outside to go running. what are some really good excercises that can help me loose some of the fat around my thighs and stomach? tahnk you in advance

okay im overweight and i really need to start losing weight. i mean i look at my self and i am definetly not happy for letting myself get out of shape. so i know a lot of exercises i can do but what i need help from you guys is with the foods. what are some good foods for losing weight. ya know like foods i can eat and arent bad for you. please help and i will rate. thank you!

HELP. im 10 pounds overweight. i want to lose those 10 pounds since it is summertime. ive been eating right and doing at least one form of exercise everyday. (elliptical or walking or swimming) ive been doing this for the past 3 months and no results. what could i be doing wrong? how can i lose this weight?

i want to loose 20 pounds by september
everyday this summer i will.....
speedwalk for an hour or 2
do a 17 magizne workout
eat healthy no junk
do another workout on the on demand
1.do you think its possible to reach my goal?
2.if not how much will i loose?

what are some effective ways to lose weight in a short amount of time? what are some fairly easy ways to lose weight? i'm really excited about my family's summer vacation, and i'd really love to get fit, and just drop a couple pounds.

ok well im doing the seventeen workout in the june issue and it says its a 15 minute workout but it only takes me 4 minutes and it makes me really mad because i dont no what im doing wrong help me
oh and i do exactaly what it says in workout

I am a 16- years old, I got a event that takes place soon. I need to tone my stomach and mi chest. The event takes place in a month and two weeks. Can someone plz help me?
