Calves & Quads Hey.. does anyone know of any good calf or quad exercises? I have really skinny legs and I would really love to build up my calves and quads so thanks for any feedback!!

Oh, I was bonr to answer this question [:
They are called, calf-raises.
What you do is:
Stand on a ledge[Stairs etc.]with only the top of you foot[the rough part under your toes], and hold onto a railing, then lift yourself up and down with your legs, do about a 25-30 or so.
You can do these anywhere there are stairs.
