summer fit. ok well i want to lose weight over the summer on my arms, stomach, legs. i really need good workout ideas that work and show results especially on my arms. please help i have no idea what to do.

For your arms, do like weight lifting workout, it will make them muscular instead of chubby.
For your stomach, sit ups work really well!
And as far as your legs go, for your upper leg, you can do squats, running, and walking ( running and walking will help your whole leg).

Heyy!! I think i can help. Go pick up the June/July edition of Cosmo Girl; it has nicole richie on the front. Theres a few workouts in there that focus on certain parts of your body.
If you read the page before all the excercises it tells you how to do them; how often; and all that good stuff.
**And remember as with any workouts; for best results you should eat healthy.
