Mr.Advice1120 answered Wednesday June 21 2006, 9:04 pm: I would have to say that do leg exercises are very important to enlargen your legs. Running, biking, and exercise machines meant to add muscle to the legs would also be very good to use. [ Mr.Advice1120's advice column | Ask Mr.Advice1120 A Question ]

Spin biks or just regular biking is a great way to emphasize the legs muscles as is sports such as dancing and soccer. [ beachpeach's advice column | Ask beachpeach A Question ]

rainxindoors answered Wednesday June 21 2006, 4:42 pm: You can't really make legs "fatter", but you can build the muscle in them. You might want to try jogging or running more, or maybe try a sport that uses leg muscles a lot, such as soccer or ice hockey. good luck =] [ rainxindoors's advice column | Ask rainxindoors A Question ]
kristen22 answered Wednesday June 21 2006, 3:27 pm: You can't really make your legs fatter without making the rest of your body fatter. I would love if you could thou, I'd target some fat right to my butt lol but sadly we can't. You can however muscular them up. One thing will do it and that is jagar squats. do at leat 8 sets of these try to do as manny reps as you can but aim for 50 when you are starting out. To do jagar squts simply stand then squat and then stand again, however try to do this as fast as humanly posible and then try to go faster. When you do them think faster, faster, faster. Speed is the key and they work. Good luck. [ kristen22's advice column | Ask kristen22 A Question ]
