Push-ups and bench-presses. Make sure you are wearing the right kind of bra. A lot of people think under-wires are uncomfortable, but they do wonders for shaping.

Go on the Atkins diet. What you do is you only eat like meat, vegetables? no fruit, bread, or like sugars and such. its hard. but in two weeks you are guranteed to lose 10 pounds. But, my bodys weird. & it worked alot quicker. like in a week. & i took walks. & drank plenty of water. OH. & you can't have any more then like 14 carbs? Look into it though. It works quick. & easy. if you chose the foods you like. Like the meat, and saleds and such. Its kinda hard.. but if you want it that badly, its worth it.
Hope I helped!

You can buy a push up bra to temporarily solve that. But also do crunches to tone the abs, and there are a lot of different yoga poses that tone different parts of the body. I suggest renting a yoga work out tape. Unfortunately I don't think there's much you can do about your breasts. Everybody is different, and sometimes we just have to accept our bodies.

You should work out more. Crunches usually help in that area. eat healthy, exercize more often, see a doctor, or use a push-up bra to help support your breasts. And just be confident in yourself and everything should work out fine.
Good Luck=)

A healthy diet where you use portion control might help. There isn't really anything you can do to help the breasts except for maybe a push up bra. For your abs you can try reps of crunches with the bicycle exercise. For crunches try
16 normally
16 legs folded up
16 legs straight
16 legs open (like a 2nd ballet position)
16 legs down straight
16 bicycle
16 leg pushes- where you alternate your legs and try to push them to the lfoor but you have to yuse your muscle to keep your legs off the ground.
This without stopping might help, listening to music while doing it will make it more fun. Good luck!

Crunches tend to work best for the abs, but general exercise can help them too. Dieting also may help, for if there is less fat, the abs are clearer. The breasts, there really isn't much you can do about them in control manner. They wil become firm with diet and exercise, but if they are just low, I do not really know. A push up bra may be beneficial. But diet is also beneficial.

well for your stomach you can do crunches.cross one leg over the other and do a lot of sit ups. try eating healthier and eating less carbs so your stomach can stay flatter. but ur suppose 2 work out ur entire body wen you exercise. for you chest i guess you can wear a push up bra.
