ok well im doing the seventeen workout in the june issue and it says its a 15 minute workout but it only takes me 4 minutes and it makes me really mad because i dont no what im doing wrong help me
beachpeach answered Monday June 19 2006, 2:46 pm: You can try to take each exercise slower to get more out of each move. You can do more reps in each set or repeat the sets over and over. A good workout can't really be done in for minutes unless it is like ultra intensive. Going to a real gym will probably give you better results because they have great equipment and people who can help you use the equipment. Good luck! confused,jealous,and..sca answered Monday June 19 2006, 2:34 pm: okay number one those kind of workouts usually are never what they say they are and if you want to get a real workout go to a gym of do some running or something i tried the seventeen workout it doesn't really work that well sooo if you want to get a real work out and stuff do what i told you to do. Or if you like the seventeen madizine workout then do the workout over and over again until it reaches 15 minutes. I wish you luck in your workout problem hope that advice helps.
DefinedEyes answered Monday June 19 2006, 2:28 pm: I agree with kallen,
because when you work out,
its not neccasarily how quick you do your exercise, you get better results when you do things slowly and more concentrated.
And .. everyone's body is different, so you cant base it on what a magazine says. The magazine workouts are for most likely those who are already in shape, who would like to tone their body.
kallan answered Monday June 19 2006, 1:17 pm: First off, do you feel like you are doing anytying, like, are you sore the next morning or maybe a little still, because that means that you are working new mousles. This may not help, but maybe you could try doing the workout a little slower, you know not rushing, if you know what I mean. Well, I hope this helps! PS .. Why did you give me a TWO??!!
