beachhun101 answered Thursday June 22 2006, 6:32 pm: you build muscle when you weight lift so thats a good way to tone the inner thighs and might get rid of a little fat but not much. there is no way to pin point where you lose fat to tell the truth, so whoever thinks you can run a mile on the treadmill and it only works your legs is wrong. doing cardio is the best way to lose fat, but you could be losing fat from anywhere. even your neck or hands when your not really working them. most likely though the fat will come off your thighs because of the legs in such constant movement. cardio is the way to lose the fat, but also doin weight lifting gives you more muscle, which the more muscle you have the more calories you burn while running leading to more fat loss. so 10-30 mins of cardio at home. since you dont really have access to weight training, try do leg lifts or leg excercises to build muscle and tone. hope this helps!

Mr.Advice1120 answered Thursday June 22 2006, 4:58 pm: well first off you could start running. but when you run sont go crazy at first. work your way up from a mile or so. also biking is very good for legs. trail biking and speed biking use lots of muscel. Some neighborhood parks might have trails just for trail biking. also swimming could be good too. but basically any exercise that puts a lot of work on the legs.
