Hey girl! Biking for about 30 minutes a day will give you results so quickly! My track coach makes us bike for 30 minutes each day & it shows veryy slimming results in our thighs especially, & our butts go down a little, haha. But in like a week and a half you'll see the difference. Your thighs get so toned & look soo nice after biking for awhile!
