okay well i dont really know how to start it off but me and my dad dont really see eye to eye with things. everytime i try to a have a conversation with him it usually ends up with tears and yelling and im just getting really sick of it. i barely even talk to him anymore because i just am tire of fighting and now its affecting my social life to everytime i get into an argument with my friends or other family members i just start cry and im starting to have panic attacks to... i just dont know what to do anymore... please help

so i am dating a boy who has a lot of female friends. hes a great guy and im in love with him but i get so jealous wen he goes out sumtimes, even if its wit grils who are my friends to..... is there anyway to overcom the jealousy?

i can never seem to meet any guys where i live. the guys at my school are not my type and i would never date any of them and same for them towards me but then when i meet other nice guys from different schools they are taken. its seems like i will never find anybody and im a junior in highschool and i need to have a relationship before highschool is over. can you give me advice

im a girl and im 16. okay so i like this guy and he likes me. but theres nothing going on between us as of right now because we both dont want a relationship. so as of right now were just really good friends. hes been asking me for a kiss for a while and i just finlly kissed him yesterday. but it was my first real real kiss and i dont know if it was good. he knows that it was my first kiss. but i wasnt his and i keep thinking that it sucked and i dont know what to do. but he did keep kissing me that night, well until we picked some people up and after we all hung out and dropped those people back off he still wouldnt kiss me and when we dropped him off he didnt eben give me a goodbye kiss either.i could really use some advice on what to do ...

whenever me and my boyfriend have sex it never seems to last very long. My boyfriend always seems to go offf after a minute or two and its never long enough for me to enjoy it. Is there anything we can do to make him last longer?

Painful sex

I have sex every now and then maybe once every two months. Every time we have sex it hurts like hell and i can't seem to get past the pain to start off with..so i never end up enjoying myself. Does it hurt everytime because we do not do it enough or is it some other random reason. I just want to be able to enjoy myself with my Boyfriend.

i'm trying to go on a diet but i get so hungry all the time that i can't stop eating. even when i'm not hungry i just want to eat because i like food so much.
are there any easy home exercises i can do to lose a lot of weight really quickly?
also, i want to go on a diet but its almost impossible because im addicted to food. what should i do to stop wanting to eat/thinking about food all the time? and what kind of diet should i go on? thanks!!!

I just met my biological dad and his son who is my brother i spent a week with them over spring break and we all grew close, now that im back at home (which is 9 hours away from them) i miss them so much i text my biological dad and brother daily telling them i miss them and yes, love them. Well, a week and a day ago I had sex with a condom, but it broke in the middle. I would normally be scared, but I thought I was on my period because I was bleeding really lightly. Long story short, my "period" went away the day after. Now, I got this so-called "period" 4 days before I thought my period was supposed to come. Now I'm wondering if it was ovulation bleeding... I've had ovulation bleeding before a few times, but never this...

How do I get the respect someone had for me back? I've been hooking up with this guy for about five months now, and first three months were good, but then all of a sudden he began treating me like shit, and in front of other people too. It has been getting better the past month, but I need to learn how to stand up for myself. I can't stop hooking up with him.
