How do you let go of someone you love?When its hard, but you know it is for the best?

How do you let go of someone you love? Even though you know its for the best, and you know that they are not right for you, and you suffer by being with them, how can you let them go if you love them? If you cant be without them? If, for just a small amount out of the total, you are happiest with them? If so many promises were made by you that you wouldn't leave, that you're different. And most of all if you know that leaving them would mess them up worse than anything else could? I don't know what to do...

Need a Reason to Live

Every day I wake up, I have to think about a reason why not to commit suicide. I am married with children. I love my wife and my kids, but, the only reason I havent' commited suicide, is because I feel guilty about the financial burden it would cause. I have a spinal chord disease and every day is a struggle with unbearable pain and constant medication. I feel my wife is getting tired of me and my illness. My illness has caused me to lose my job and my home, I am bankrupt, I don't have a job or an income. What do I have to live for???? I just don't know what to do or what purpose there is to my life. Why do I feel this bad?

I'm 19 and I broke up with my boyfriend after 1 year of going out, and i haven't stopped crying. Thing is, i dont know why i feel like the worst person. Me graduating year 12 was the proudest moment of my life, because i dropped out the first time due to mental health issues, and when i went back the following year(2009) it took a lot for me to actually stick around, but i did it, despite all the hell i had been through during the year and before it...My boyfriend ruined my grad night by getting drunk with his sisters and house mate and making me look like a complete fool. Mixed Signals from Ex

I met my ex online and he lives a short distance away from me. However at the time we started dating he was in the USMC stationed in CA. He came home once in the 7 months we were dating and we went out had a great time. His visit was about 3 months into our relationship. Personal Statement - any ideas?

I'm in a high school program at a community college, one of the required classes I have to take is a SAT/career preparation. One of the assignments I have to do is write about something that have changed my life that makes me a stronger/better person I am today. When thinking about it, I feel like I have nothing amazing that happened in my life. My professor says to write a personal statement that shows colleges that I'm a strong person and make them want me to go to their school.

my mom smokes alot.
her best friend dyed 5 years ago from lung cancer. and I'm scared of my mom also getting it!
not only does my mom have a chance of it I do too because she smokes in the house.
what should I say to her to get her to understand that her smoking is affecting my health too?

I have a sadness in my heart and I don't know why I cant seem to feel more positive about myself. I wanna be a great mother to my children but fear I am not strong enough to endure all. I love them more than anything in the whole world but that just isn't enough I fear. Too much work?

I'm going to college next year for mechanical engineering, which requires about 100-something credits to graduate.
However, I've been thinking about double-majoring in Psychology. I think this takes 60ish credits.
Is this POSSIBLE or MANAGEABLE? What is the workload usually like for each course? How much studying and stuff does each usually take?
I already have some AP credits (in AB calc and psych). And I'm fairly used to doing shitloads of work (I go to a good high school and currently take 8 fairly challenging classes). I know that high school is pretty different from college, I'm just saying I'm not a slacker and I'm used to nerdy competition for high grades.

I Love Music, but I'm Not So Good At Writing Or Playing It

Music is my passion. I love it more than anything. Unfortunately, I'm not the greatest singer. I play gutiar, but I'm not really anything special. I've always had my dream of being a guitarist in a band, but I don't really see that working out.
What are some possible jobs that I could have that would involve my love for music, bands, touring, and such? I love discovering new music. I've thought about being a band manager, but I'm just wondering what other opportunities are out there.

Pregnancy test

Okay I'm a little confused,
Say I had sex 7 days ago, I take a pregnancy test resulting from the 7 days ago I had sex..but I had sex AGAIN the day before I took the test would it relapse and effect the results from the first time I had unprotected sex?
Let me try to break this down so it's not confusing..
7 days ago I had unprotected sex with my partner
I took a test, However I also had unprotected sex again the day before I took the pregnancy test. Would the test come out negative or would the results get effected?

Shape-Ups or Reebok Easy Tone?

I heard that Sketcher's Shape-Ups are suppose to help you tone thighs, abs, and your butt. Do they really work? Has anyone had actual results?
I also heard Reebok Easy-Tone is suppose to tone the same muscles but I don't know to trust this or Shape-Ups instead.

Scoliosis/Spinal Surgery

Hi :) I've had scoliosis since I was in 7th grade. I'm a junior in high school now. I was braced for a good 2 years and it ended up failing. My scoliosis is is about 37-40 degrees and my regular doctor was saying how I should get spinal surgery to correct it so I wouldn't have long-term disadvantages when I age. Of course that is something I do not want at all, disadvantages, that is.
I'm not exactly for the surgery, but I don't want to live my life in pain and difficulty. It's about a 4-8 hour procedure (if I remember correctly) and a 6 week recovery and typically very successful. My doctor is the man who corrected Gloria Estefan's back injury when she got into a bus crash, and I know he's very very good at his job. I'm jus...
