I Love Music, but I'm Not So Good At Writing Or Playing It

Music is my passion. I love it more than anything. Unfortunately, I'm not the greatest singer. I play gutiar, but I'm not really anything special. I've always had my dream of being a guitarist in a band, but I don't really see that working out.
What are some possible jobs that I could have that would involve my love for music, bands, touring, and such? I love discovering new music. I've thought about being a band manager, but I'm just wondering what other opportunities are out there.

you could get into technology for the band. Setting up, recording, CD burning.
Designing CD covers and art
Operate a business or joint of where bands can play
