My friend is having a small graduation party with some friends for graduating 8th grade (which gives you hint how old we are). She's inviting her boyfriend and his best friend (who is dating my other good friend), of course this didn't surprise me, but the problem is I really hate both of them. I used to date his best friend and he screwed me over, but that's a different story and probably why I don't like them. They are really arrogant and annoying and I really don't like them. And I am really mean to them when I am around them and they are to me. At the end of the night, I usually am really angry and really no fun to be around at all. I'm trying to get some definition to my abs

Like many people, I'm trying to get abs. Or at least some definition. Now I'm not fat, but I do have a little pooch over my stomach, and I know that you need cardio training mixed with core and strength training to get your fat in front of the abs to go away, and get your ab muscles to actually show.
So I was wondering, if I run 3-5 days a week, and I use a stability ball for core training 5 days a week, will I see results?
I'm also eating better nutritionally. I have smaller portion sizes, and am eating healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins.
I am 16 and weigh 130, so I'm not totally "fat" I just want to look tone and maybe drop a few.

okay so i have been talking/texting this boy for two weeks straight. and i thought he was really into me. like he would text me first basically everyday and say hi to me in school all the time. so i thought everything was going great.

This is probably going to be long.. Just a fair warning.
Yesterday morning I'm kinda early for school (i'm usually late to school) and I find that there is shit smeared over the drivers side of the windshield, I call my mom and she got a hose and cleared it off, and there were pancakes all over my car. I wanted to wake my father and call the cops but she had most of it off already. (Please don't say, "Should've called the cops". Hey guys my prom is in 1 week and I'm super nervous. Anyway, what are some really cool nice hairstyles for prom? My hair is like shoulder length so its not too long or not too short. I love curls. But I used to do curls when my hair was longer so now I don't know if I want to do curls. Ok so any ideas? 16 and 17 year old girls, what are your opinions on and experiences of sex?
Being a 16 year old girl turning 17 in two months, and still a virgin, and also the kind of girl people assume have had sex, I'm definitely not comfortable with my lack of experience, and can't come up with any reasons why I havn't had sex except for, well, it just hasn't HAPPENED.
So I'm interested to know what other girls my age think. Have you had sex or are you a virgin? If you're a virgin, what are your reasons and how do you feel about it? If you've had sex, how did you lose your virginity, what is your sex life like now and how do you feel about it?

My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex. I was due on my period last Saturday. The Thursday before I bled, but only a very little bit. I then didn't come on or bleed for a full week until the next Thursday, where I again only bled a little. Did I come on my period? I've never missed one since I've started... Could I be pregnant? I'm confused!

My friend was physically abused by her boyfriend when she was about 15. He hit her a lot and put her in hospital. THey are definately not going out now.
My friend (lets call her Ana) is still haunted by the abuse. She says that when she closes her eyes she sees him coming at her. She has been to a psychiatrist, it helped a little, but she is still scarred by it. One day Ana came up to me and she was very upset and about to cry. My friend (we are both 16-year-old girls), was recently sexually assaulted by a 15-year-old boy at school who is her ex-boyfriend. The police are involved and so are the teachers and school. (the assault happened at school. It wasnt rape, he just touched her innapropraitely and tried to do stuff. Also the boy and her broke up months ago and he seemed ok with it)
My friend is taking it ok. She is upset and angry and stressed, but she is a very strong girl and hasn't been emotionally affected as bad as people usually are.

ive been going out with my boyfriend for 1 year and a half but lately ive been liking this guy friend and i think im slowly liking him more and i really dont know what i should do and feel about this, im happy with my boyfriend but we just argue a lot and there is a lot of problems i have to deal with but with the new guy i feel happy when im with him and he makes me smile.The other guy told me he likes me and he'll wait for me and now its really complicated. I dont wanna leave my boyfriend beause he has been putting up with me and taking care of me, so it would be really messed up. Should I give up trying out for 2 volleyball clubs because I'm too short?

I'm 5'4" and I play Outside Hitter. I have a high reach though.. because I'm able to get kills and block, sometimes better than people a couple inches taller than me. I just moved to Dallas, Texas and I want to try out for 2 really good clubs, Skyline Juniors or Victory but after looking at how tall their Outside Hitters are (5'8"-6'0") I am scared! The other club I was in, in a different state, wasn't as competitive.. but I'm serious about playing volleyball and want to play better and participate in bigger tournaments, but.. I'm scared in advance about trying out.
Will they even bother to pay attention to me because I'm so short in the volleyball world? I love playing but I'm self conscious over my height a l...

When I was 17, I started foundation focusing on helping underprivileged kids locally. One thing I created was a free summer lunch program in Detroit for kids whose families needed it. During those 2 hours everyday, these kids would come in, have lunch and play games and stay out of trouble, if only for 2 hours a day. My mom's work friend help me set this up, and she basically took care of it when I was not able to come in.
Unfortunately, I got busy with college and since then, my foundation has been on hiatus. My contact who helped me set it up has moved away. I am going to try and set it up again myself this summer, but what other ideas can I do with this? I feel like I have such a great opportunity but ...

I broke up with my long distance ex-boyfriend 3 weeks ago. I've decided no contact with him is best for me to get over him, so we haven't spoken in 2 weeks so far.

So I started taking birth control About two months ago, I am on my third pack right now and have not started my period since i started taking them. I was already three weeks late before I had sex so that was pretty unusual. That was three weeks ago and I still haven't started my period. Should I be worried?

My boyfriend broke up with me two months ago because he stopped liking me as much and just started seeing me as a friend..probably because i was so into him and my whole world revolved around him so quickly and that probably turned him off. Now we are still friends because he likes me a lot as a friend but we are TOO good of friends. We chill every single weekend and sometimes in the week. Sometimes alone but rarely.
