if i weigh about 120 pounds now, and i'm a size 5, but if i want to get into a size 2, how much weight do u think i'd have to lose? please and thankyou =)

I would really like to lose 10 pounds, and everytime I try it doesnt last very long...Like i tried to make a plan and it lasted for only a day....everytime ive tried and failed...I just dont know how to stay with my diet...and it really doesnt help when i weigh more then my mom and she makes fun of me for it, and my whole family alwayz calls me a fatty, (in a jokingly way) but it really gets to me...cuz they never stop and its like they really believe it. My whole family is really skinny my mom is like almost annorexicly skinny and so is my sister..and so its just soo hard to measure up to them, and my mom alwayz is like stop eating that you'll get fat stop that, bla bla bla, does that sound like encouragement to u? but yeah so could anyone...

i'm 16 years old and 5'1" and i'm about 175 lbs i know my weight is very unhealthy. i don't eat that much adn i try to eat as healthy as possible but i don't have anytime to get to the gym to work out. i'm really stressed out so that might also be a problem. i need to loose the weight according to my dr. i bowli, play softball and frisbee but no matter how active i am i can't loose any weight. is there any way to loose weight quickly but not do anything super drastic. i have a hard tim finding clothes that fit my and selfesteem is wayy low becasue of my weight. i don't look my wieght because i wear baggy clothes all the time. is there anything that i can do. i know that all the weight is not muscel weight because i have a huge stomach ...

i've been running 3 miles a day for about 3 months now. but now that its over ive gone down to 1 mile a day, to give my body a rest. so now i have all this energy, but my face has always remained...chubby? and i dont find it attractive, also i'm 50 german 50 italian, so it deffinitely cannot be genetics. So any way to define my face more?

okay. i know 5'3 115 i guess isnt considered fat. but i dont know. my stomach has some fat. its not the weight thats really worrying me. its just that my thigh is like big. and my stomach has some fat. does anyone habve any ideas to cut some fat off the stomach and trim some off the thigh>?

i'm not too happy with my body, and i think that shedding a few pounds would boost my self esteem and help me look better.
i'm just curious of whats the quickest, healthiest way to loose weight without having to pay money like jenny craig and weightwatchers, but things i could do at home or outside in my backyard to get fit.

i run 5 days a week for 15-20 minutes each day. that may not seem like a lot, but coming off an ankle injury & asthma im trying to go slow. by the end of running, i am sweating, so i am trying, but does anyone think thats not enough?? i only eat 3 meals anyway, im just trying to not gain weight since i cant play a sport this year. is there any other exercises i can do?? i've been doing sit ups/6 inches & i use a stationary bike. what are your opinions??

I need the following:
-- Workouts for abs: longterm definition. Dont just say crunches, tell me HOW to do them [I would prefer other workouts instead of just crunches; they seem to hurt my back and don't do anything]I WANT A PACK.
-- Workout for your lovehandles: Any way to tone them down?
-- What about butts? I have a flat small bottom, and I'm looking for something that will fill out my jeans, instead of looking like im wearing a diaper.

i use to be really fat last year at school mostly my thighs,arms,stomach. i lost weight when i went back this year but i dont know how.. i didnt diet at all,but i exercised a little alot of people that i knew from the previous year complimented me on how good i look,the guy that i like even noticed me more,but im gaining weight and i dont know why,i still eat and exercise like i did when i lost it.how do i loose it?

do you have to exercise every day to keep off the weight?? i want to eat what i want [only 3 meals], and exercise 4-5 days a week. would that be good doing that??

Right now I feel really bad about my body. I shouldnt say all of it, but my stomach is really big and i cant seem to lose that fat. if theres anyway that i could lose that fat around my midsection/love handle area then i'd really appreciate the advice. Also if anyone knows of a website for excercizes then I'd love to hear about it.

how much exercise is enough to keep you in shape?? i've been an athlete ever since 3rd grade, but recently i sprained my ankle and it turns out i have a chronic ankle sprain. my parents thought it would be best to take the season off, or just not play. i can run forever, but i just can't turn it. would running 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day on the tredmill plus crunches and the 6 inches stretch be enough?? i eat 3 meals a day and sometimes one snack, sometimes i don't have a snack. any opinions??

I'm skinny...I'm like 5'8 and 127 lbs. but like my stomach has a lot of fat on it and no matter how many sit ups and crunches and all that i do it will not go away!!! Last year I was around 115 and my stomach was soo flat. I want it back!

okay. i'm 15/ 5'4 and 163lbs. yeah. i'm overweight. and i hate it. i try to diet..but i always find myself wanting more food..and i give into it way to easy. i hate myself for being fat..and i would do ANYTHING to be skinny.. does anyone have advice on how to gain self-control? or diet pills that will kill cravings?
i'm desperate to loose weight.

im satisfied with my body...ecept the fat under my boobs....you would think it would be on your stomache or somethin...but how do you get ride of that like under your boobs and on top of your rib cage??? ?
